Chase Bank

I have never had an issue to use my ID to withdraw money. The lady bank teller had me fill out the withdraw form after using my ID to look up my account. She has my matching name and address from my account with my ID and she STILL said I “need a second form of identification to withdraw.” If you have my information and my ID already, why do you need a second one?! She did cause me to get annoyed because she had me back and forth but I remained calm. She told me to go to the ATM to withdraw and it said there’s a technical issue and I let her know that. A quick 2 minute visit turned into 10. If you go to that location, she will ask you 21 questions before allowing you to withdraw. Beware.

I went in to discuss fees being charged on my account. They did not help and were rude. I had to call the executive complaint office for support. This place does not value its customers.

The female banker here was very rude and unprofessional. She did not greet me kindly or say anything when I said thank you to her at the end. I felt disrespected whole time talking to her. More importantly, she gave me wrong information on purpose in regards to name change and made me wait another 3 weeks to get my new credit cards.

I absolute enjoy coming to this bank, the times I use to go I would be greeted with a pleasant welcome. All the girls working there are polite and gorgeous, I always enjoy talking to not going to mention her name but when it's not busy we chitchat about what plans we both have on the weekend or how was her week been so far ect. Too bad I have direct deposit :

Chase is becoming a great example of a business that just sees their clients like a “number”. Feels like they want to nickel and dime you for everything little thing. $2 to print 3 checks, really?... however, you’ll allow me to use bill-pay with NO limit at no charge. I’m not talking about the electronic payments that get processed, I’m referring of the actual checks that would have to get produced through the bill-pay system. It will literally cost you more money and efforts from your staff to produce this “paper” check and put in the mail for me. Banking should be convenient, because I the consumer have the right to choose where I put my money. The only reason I have an account with you, is out of convenience. I will NEVER depend on you as my primary bank.

5 stars for Ricardo only. He is really calm, patient, understanding bank retailer and friendly but one star goes for the ATM at the outside for it doesn't work often times.

Love the bank always friendly always helpful I told them if I ever change Banks Chase will be my number one choice most times I'm in and out very quickly thanks for the service

5-STAR RECOMMENDATION: This Chase Bank branch is located on the corner of Pioneer Boulevard and Artesia Boulevard in the city of Artesia, California. The customer service is good. This branch is conveniently located, near Little India.

You go there and someone will tell you to write your name on a clipboard and wait after that. You will fall asleep waiting on a couch and but nobody will call you even though some staff are available. They keep chitchatting to each other.

Very clean branch inside and out....friendly staff and great service...
