Chase Bank

Worst bank ever! Been loyal customer and have many loans. Had fraud on card and initially refunded. 60 days later they called and said they wouldn’t reimburse.

We have never had any major problems with our accounts, but communication is not their strong suit. We went with another financial institution for our small business loan because our calls for information went unreturned. Their interest rates on savings accounts are abysmal. Online services are easy to use, so we'll probably keep our checking accounts but definitely need to find greener interest bearing options for savings.

Switched to Chase because my auto loan is with them. After a year wanted to refinance only to find out they don't do auto refinance. Gonna close all my accounts and move to another bank.

The Chase Branch in Shelbyville is the most friendly and knowledgeable branch I have ever been too. Hillview, others in Jefferson county not so much - thank you Amber for your support and time!!

I will never use this bank again!! I’ve had to replace my card three times now because someone has taken my information and used it. Chase bank needs better security for their cards. Also their bank tellers are not friendly and do not seem to know how to fix problems. The bank teller said she would do “next day delivery” on my card Since this is my THIRD time replacing it but it’s been three days and I still have yet to receive it.

This is by far a better bank than any local in Frankfort. My only complaint is there isn't one in town and we have to drive to Shelbyville but the staff is great. Wish I had found them years ago. My only issue is inconsistent information on mobile banking when depositing cashiers checks or money orders via mobile app. I would suggest the staff in all branches and their customer service be retrained to be more knowledgeable on that practice. The only bad thing to say is they NEVER answer their phones.

I've had an account there for 6 or 7 years now and they Rock!!!! I even had someone make a duplicate card and use it out of state ... Chase called me after I swiped in Frankfort, Ky and asked if I had just been out of state. When I answered No, they asked me to come in right away and settle this matter. They were quick and curious about closing the old account and setting up a new one. Awesome!!!!

They would get five stars if they answered their phone occasionally. UPDATE. I need tp speak with my branch. Not the customer service phone center. They NEVER ANSWER! I'm dropping this bank.

My chase app was down, and I just couldn't log in, I arrived at 530pm on a Friday, and not behind the clerks desk, but a banker at her desk, I can't recall her name but she said my phone was to old for the app, but I can stream any games, it's a galexy 4,but I finally figured it out and she didn't give two caps about my situation, she's a sad and lazy banker!! But all around the service is great besides her!

Terrible! I went in today to open an account at 4:32 this afternoon. The man behind the counter looked at me, looked at his watch. I told him I realized they closed at 5 and I was sorry for probably being their last customer of the day but my husband works in town 20 min away and left work early to set up an account. He replied with, "The banker is just too busy until the end of the day to open you up an account, come back another time." I told him I tired calling 2 that day to get an estimate on how long it would take to do this and to set up and appointment. His response was, "Well go somewhere else then."
