Chase Bank

Emily was on the answering service for this location! I lost my card right before vacation and she gave me countless ways to benefit my situation so that I could enjoy my trip without a debit card. She was the one who took my call, in the most charismatic and helpful way. I have never spoken to a bank representative as helpful and as nice as Emily! Go to her for all your needs, she is the sweetest.

This location is far less convenient than the location you closed on Roosevelt rd and County Farm! I realize it may get more customer traffic being right across from the hospital, but for others who are not hospital employees it can be highly inconvenient having to drive the extra distance through town traffic and wrestling with freight trains when they are blocking traffic flow! This closure was EXTREMELY disappointing and lowered greatly my opinions of Chase!

This Chase location is so convenient, right around the corner from us, and everyone there is super nice! When I go to the drive-up windows, they all know me by name and take care of me very promptly! I've worked with the personal bankers as well, and they are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Great job, Chase Winfield team!!

Just sat there for 20 minutes today waiting to talk to a banker. I finally walked out after no one acknowledged me during that time. This is typical. I bank with them only because they have branches located near some businesses I am involved in. I do the bulk of my banking with one of their competitors because the service is so much better. Chase is great once you get someone to talk to. This location always seems to be understaffed compared to other banks I deal with.

I like Chase, I've had Chase for over 10 years but this location is very inefficient, understaffed, drive through hours were wrong I went on a Saturday and by 8:45am the drive through wasn't open yet. If you're mainly going to only have one teller then put an upgraded atm in the place of a second teller.

This branch is terrible. The drive up ATM is broken 75 percent of the time! The drive up teller is painfully slow, and one time the girl just disappeared during my transaction! The clock on the building is broken for years. Please Chase fix this branch.

ATM broken, management staff not customer friendly. Poor customer service skills by bank branch management. Longs waits to visit with account support customers waiting with two of three management staff not supporting walk-in customers.

One of the best Decisions I’ve made in my life switching to chase great customer service and just a great working company all the way around very convenient.

Nice clerks, and the place is very tidy. Haven't had a bad experience yet, so keep it up!
