The lobby hours may be listed as 6PM, but the slacker handling account "services" will look at her watch, and inform you that she doesn't have time to help you 45 minutes before close. This is after other staff has you wait for her. Branch needs change work ethic, or at least the listed lobby hours.

Friendly, and glad to help/serve you and efficient. Inside is extremely clean and the tellers greet you upon entering.

We have been with Chade since the came to this area. We started going to this branch a few years ago. We have found them helpful & friendly any time we have had concerns or needs. Highly recommend.

Horrible! I bank with chase over in Georgia and my parents recently moved to Louisiana so we've been helping each other out with money until we all get settled. My mom went up there this morning to put some cash into my account so that I can pay my rent and the last told her she couldn't because she wasn't linked to my account. Neither of my parents are... They bank with regions. So how did they able to do it the last time? "Idk someone must've broke policy because this has been in place for 2 years." okay and why exactly do my PARENTS have to be linked to my account to put cash in? "This helps to prevent money laundering" I called them and the last knew exactly what I was talking about and was rude from the start. Like, ma'am I didn't catch an attitude with you. You need to calm down. I wish I would've gotten her name. I'm just trying to pay rent. I was able to go to regions and deposit cash into their account the other day when they needed it with no problem. I guess I'll just switch. Very disappointed.

Teller didn’t want to cash check, was probably mad cause it was more than he made in 3 months. Don’t have an account there and don’t want one but the owner of the account from the check I had was there. Guy was very rude.

When I went in to get a checking account the lady waited until we did all the paper work and she made a copied my driver's license and about 15 of all that then she tells me it's not a free checking, but the lady was very nice and very professional and if I had the extra money to open up a checking account I definitely would have done it

I couldn't open a new account with my current address even though the address was in my original us government issued ID. It was a waste of time.

What a great location for observation . Great SPOT and lots activity all around. Will return

Location can be difficult to access at a busy intersection, but great staff.
