This is my local bank who cares about me. Ms. Santiago, Carmen, the Bulgarian bank tellerblanking on her name will update later are always are good. I love the architecture of this building and the bank safe. They care about customer safety when customers feel unsafe. They will help with unethical businesses and make sure customers are happy.
ATM often down, limited hours especially drive thru, and they don't seem as positive or willing to help customers like most Chase Banks.
Over the years of banking I have found that Chase Bank is the worst bank to do any type of banking with. Chase finds any and every angle to take fees from you.The customer service department is very limited to what they can do for you, they will push you to go on line to do everything and tell you " we can't help you with that anymore" that applies to even getting a banking statement printout ."Sorry we are not allowed to do that anymore". Also had money removed from my account when my identity was stolen , they never even noticed any suspicious activity to alert me. There are many better options than Chase Bank.
Waited in drive thru line over 30 minutes - one customer held the line up
Tried to open a business account today, I got to the bank at 4:20 pm and they were too lazy to actually help. They told me that they close at 5:00 and that it would take too long to open an account at 4:20 to my knowledge if you say you close at 5, you do not reject customers that come before closing time, bad business practice.
I hate this bank. Always an issue. I got stories, but each time I approach them sweetly and end up swearing when I leave
The branch is very attractive , very spacious. There are usually two tellers there at any one time and that seems to be enough. I've never had to wait long on a teller line. I've always had a good experience there and they do have an ATM machine outside behind the building.
Unable to reach over the phone, not even an option to leave a message, went in person and was told no manager available but took my number and assured I would get a call back 2 days later not answer, went personally again and was dismissed off hand as they were too busy with appointments, bringing my business to another bank.
It’s a nice looking branch, but they don’t have a banker in every weekday.. too understaffed and inconvenient.
A line built up and I had to wait. Slow service. The building design is aesthetic. Nice architecture.
