Chase Bank

They only have two windows to serve walk in customers so I had to wait a while. Naturally, because of the long wait time, nature started calling. They have 2 restrooms here but they refused to let me use it. Had to leave to use the restroom elsewhere just to stand in line and wait again.

Haven't had any problems the last times I came here. Sometimes it gets busy so I have to wait a little, but it's not something they can do anything about and I haven't had any issues with the services

I went in here to cash a cheque and I was charged $10 "because I was not a Chase customer". So basically this bank robbed me and there's not much I can apart from letting everyone else know of their scam and rip-off tactics.

Always courteous, promt and helpful. Sam is an awesome advisor.

This is my second time the ATM problems, it always at end of the transaction only have the receipt report you withdraw money but no money coming up
