Absolutely horrible service from the tellers to the manager went in for a withdrawal I had my card ,ID, pin I can even tell u my past transactions for last 2 weeks now never ever have I had to get a code sent to my phone with a pin to read back to get my money never been with chase 10 years I can understand fully if I had no documents or no card or not knowing my pin they didn't want to give me my withdrawal request and was very nasty about it this day I left my phone home luckily my wife was home and she was able to give me the code , but what if I lost my phone completely and I needed that money at that moment was very important I had everything I needed I never had that happen I bank weekly I felt so disrespected by the staff mad me feel as if I was trying to scam would not find any options to help me what so ever and the attitude of the staff was unbelievably unprofessional say what you want but they made me feel because I was black and I had a sweatsuit on like they looked at me a certain way and didn't want to help me terrible service something needs to be done here you mean to tell me with I'd my pin my card and me knowing all my transactions you cant withdraw my money to me reediculous
Horrible customer service. The banker was irritated when I walked in to the bank and she was open about her disdain of having to help customers. The way in which the message was communicated was bad and it left an awful impression about Chase bank.
I come to this Chase location to open an account and they tell me I have to go to the online site and make an appointment. No customer at that time, completely empty, employees idle. I never saw that in a bank.
Let's start with that the Chase Bank did 2 hard inquires just for one credit card application. Then the bank requested me to provide the copy of SocSec. Ok, I visited the branch at 450 Plaza Dr, Secaucus, NJ personally and provided everything that was requested. Finally the application was archived because "the bank has not received the requested info"... The credit card department insists that they cannot reopen my application and that I need to apply one more time thus getting two more hard inquires. The branch agrees, that there probably was a mistake from their side, but refuses to do anything with that. That is the worst thing that you can hear from bank: "we made a mistake but we can do nothing". Are you kidding, Chase?
Completely useless - I called to ask about opening a joint bank account. Me- hello, would we be able to open a bank account, I know the chase by me has an IT issue. Person - I don't know. Me- you don't know ? Person- you can come in. Me - is your system up? Can I actually open an account ? Person - I don't know, you can come in. Me - you don't know ? You can't check ? Person - no, you can come in and it might be up and we can open an account or the system might be down . So helpful
Horrible service. Employees do not greet you. Had to wait over 1/2 hour to get access to safety deposit box when 4 people were working and they only had one customer besides me. People working there are very slow. Management and staff needs to be changed. I will be cancelling the account. Avoid this place.
Only have 1 atm available for customers.
Machine sometimes work and sometimes doesn't
The only thing I use is the atm in the bank and the machine sometimes wouldn’t even deposit my cash into my account literally just takes me cash. At least fix the machine
