I stood in line for close to 15 minutes. I was the very last person. When it was my turn, 2 of the 3 associates turn their backs line they were all of sudden doing something. So I just walked out and went to the Chagrin location. This bank lacks professionalism. It's always the black ran businesses that the worst customer service is.
So, so, so bad! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Rude, They do not approach you at the drive up drive through window, they will let you sit there forever and NOT take care of you, nor tell you that it will be a moment, or anything!!! If there is extra work to be done on the service you need they are not willing to do it for you! It is your money in their bank and they don’t want to help or be polite and even tell you they will be with you in a moment! Always some issues with this bank! However, the assistant manager Jay is wonderful! She even though I was upset, she kept calm, and was polite! After going through this rough spot she cleared things up and I was on my way! Thank you Jay!
I had to cash a check. Being physically challenged, I find it difficult to stand in a line. I sat down for a few minutes to wait. A very nice employee asked me if I needed help. She courteously did my transaction for me without my having to stand in a line. Great service from friendly people. Thank you!!
Chase is my number one favorite bank. I do everything with chase in my eyes I never compare chase with another banks. Whenever I need I find one of branch in other states. I am strongly advised you guys try to work chase. They will find solutions about your banking problems. Really really chase bank whenever I need they were there.
The customer service with April at Chase was very helpful and good she made sure I had and knew everything chase had to offer me
The bank manager Bill is a super nice guy. Went out of his way to help me with a notary matter. Couldn't be happier with the customer service and respect! He even drew my 1yr old a picture of Blue from Blues Clues! An absolutely outstanding man !
This is one of the best bank branches I have visited. The staff and manager were very kind to my mother and I the moment we entered and until we left. The branch manager, Dominic, came over while we were waiting and warmly shook my hand and introduced himself. He asked us how he could assist us and asked one of his employees, Lisa Schroeder, help us open an account. Lisa might be the most friendly and professional person I've met at a bank. She was professional and efficient with our time without being sharp or unfriendly and she was "happy go lucky" without being too chatty. She walked us through Chase Bank's plans and gave us real life situations that each plan might be of benefit or not suited to our needs. Lisa and Dominic have set the bar high for customer satisfaction!
Never open on time. Just filed a formal complaint with Chase. I hope they address this issue asap. For the record, I like the employees there from last year and the year prior. All the new employees/tellers do not provide the customer care they used to.
Chase?, They never answer the phone, it takes forever in the drive thru. Oh and God forbid you have a fraud charge on your account. Don't expect them to fix it in a timely manner. Not to happy with Chase
I called chase bank in Bedford for a problem I had and the teller was extremely rude. He also had no idea what he was talking about. He rushed me off the phone! I called the one in lyndhurst and he was able to resolve my issue within minutes!
