i like to leave review point 0 for this branch service. branch manager who has blonde hair was not trying to help me at all .even teller was telling her some help about money wire fee was not correct on my account. she knew i was waiting for help but never came out from her office and even ignoring me after eye contact. i was feeling 100% turned down her attention to help me .and teller told me they are going to call me about my issue but there was no call at all. again this was worst experience with chase bank and her. i like to close my account from this location
Been trying for a couple of days to talk to this branch to order currency and haven't been able to get a hold of them. I called Chase CS and they explained that the branch is the only o e that can help me. CS is sub par. Been with Chase even before it was Chase. Time to look for another bank.
Walked in to resolve a fraud issue on my account and the one teller was very nice but did not even attempt to help me, just went straight to his boss because he was in over his head. His boss did not have time to even speak to me and I was told I could wait 2hrs for a call back. I drove 10 minutes down the road to a different Chase branch where a teller resolved my issue in 5 minutes with no hassle. Very dissatisfied with this Chase branch and will not be visiting again as their tellers are not trained to fix basic problems.
Last Wednesday I deposited $2000 cash in the ATM at this location. The machine took my money but it never got put in my account. I called customer service repeatedly. They refuse to help me. Chase if you don’t give me back my own money and an apology i’m taking you to small claims. Too bad I couldn’t give negative stars. DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE! stay as far away as you can can. they are unethical and unprofessional. I have bills I need to pay with that money and the bank is just keeping my own money from me. I have proof of the receipt from the atm and they just wouldn’t give me my money. I wish someone would have warned me!
Walked in to open a bank account. The teller was super nice and went to check with the banker when he could help us. The guy says to come back after two because he is simply much too busy to help us. No other solutions are offered, absolutely no respect for the fact that your customers are coming in around our own busy lives, and giving Chase the opportunity to be in business. Maybe our one little account doesn’t matter to chase bank but if enough people have this absolutely terrible customer service experience and write about it it may change the tide and it might start to matter a whole lot more to chase bank. Unbelievable that an unsolicited customer comes walking into Chase bank’s door and the personal don’t retain the customer. That’s some bad business practice right there!
The tall skinny guy at the bank window is really good at customer service and id like to thank him for being kind and helpful even when I got frustrated with the bank operations. 5 stars for him, 2 stars for chase. I was guided to come into a branch from chase.com online and apparently now you need to schedule an appointment so we were not able to accomplish what we planned to do. We had planned this for a while so a bit frustrated that you need an appointment and not sure how you would know that unless you happened to call or showed up like we did and got turned away.
I typically don't go out of my way to leave reviews, but my experience here was not good. I went in to get a name change. I was prepared with my official marriage certificate as well as my brand new driver's license. Chase would not accept my marriage certificate as a name change and asked me to instead, "Go look for my old driver's license." Victor left his office for 20 minutes without telling us what he was doing, and when he came back, said he had called the "bank back office" and that they also told him the certificate was not valid. We spent an hour here. What I brought with me to the bank was good enough for the state and federal government, but not this Chase location! Update: Went to another Chase close by. The banker was incredibly friendly. And changed my name with my new ID and my current debit card. He didn't ask for anything else! We were in and out in 20 minutes.
Further down this page a person named Chandler states you can't use the ATM at the 1300 east, cottonwood height, Utah branch. This is not true. It would be easy to miss it and I think this branch could do a better job of letting customers know, but you can use the ATM after the bank closes. At the far left of the doors is a pad to enter your Chase card, which unlocks the first set of doors and allows me and you to use the ATM
Unbelievable!! worst bank experience ever ! Came here early Morning this Monday to change POD beneficiary . I remember back in 2009 -12 years ago- it took 5 mins to be done ! On 08/23/2021 it took 45 mins Employee 2 times fill out the wrong form and want me to sign on it , really!! and didn't done right ! had to call the manager to fix the issue and manager couldn't either ! will go to different branch and will update you! Please train your employees !
This was the 5th Chase Branch I went to in search of a Notary Public. The other branches all had excuses as to why they couldn’t help. Thankfully I found Miji! She was apologetic for the long search and was so helpful. Good to know there’s at least 1 branch in the area that has good customer service.
