LOVE THEM! My first time here 8/25 I only got a pedicure and I must say I found my new place. I can never find any other places to do my pedicure how they do!! Wanted acrylic and I am very pleased and happy and the staff is very welcoming. I can’t wait to get my manicure next

Went for my first time to do a gel full set and regular pedi. I came with an inspo pic and I like that they told me the price before starting so I wouldn’t be surprised at checkout. Sony took care of me today and did an excellent job! Service was top tier and he checked in multiple times to ensure I was happy with my nails at every step of the process. Absolutely in love with the final result and definitely plan on returning.

First time here at chase nails and i am extremely satisfied. As you walk in the door you feel welcomed. Came in to do an acrylic overlay and gel pedicure. Customer service was amazing. They are also very gentle. Can’t wait for my next visit

I’m so disappointed. The guy who greeted me at the door was super nice. However, nice is not enough - It’s the work that counts.  I paid for a deluxe pedicure which lasted 15 minutes instead of the 35-45 minute range they advertised. I had to immediately remove the nail polish when I got home because it was sloppily done. I didn’t get the full treatment that I should’ve but I couldn’t turn back. I guess it depends on who you get.  I’ve had 2 other experiences with them that I wasn’t impressed by but wanted to try another person until I found the right one. Still no luck.  It sucks, especially when you’ve had a great nail tech before and know what well done nails look like and what the process entails.  I haven’t found anyone since my nail tech moved away. I only waited 2-5mins midday on a weekend. Tracy was my nail technician for an acrylic full set, she was attentive, polite, occasional conversation but not overwhelming which I love and my nails are beautiful. She does manicure as well, I asked her to cut my cuticles and it was painless.

This was my first time trying them and I was beyond happy with my experience. I’ve been so worried about finding a new nail tech or nail salon since I moved down from west palm because I was so comfortable with my previous nail salon that I was going to but this definitely will be my new nail salon from here on out !Services:&nbsp;Foot massages

They are amazing at Chase Nails! Everyone can do any style and design of your dreams. Nice and friendly staff with great attitudes. Definitely will be coming back!

By far the best nails I've ever had, my sister and I both absolutely love our work at Chase Nails! This nail salon has a great selection of dip powder colors that are long-lasting and vibrant. The salon's attention to detail is impeccable, from the precision of their nail shaping to the flawless application of polish. They were extremely impressed and he will never go back to cutting their own nails! They are very talented.

Save yourself a headache and money, place is a scam. I went in for a Gel X refill I got about a week and half ago supposed to last 3-4 weeks according to the owner and I just went in because they are lifting and they are now saying they do refill with acrylic which is a completely different product, I’ve tried multiple times to give them another chance but the lack of professionalism and customer service bets me to it.this is how they left me and charged me $5 bucks   this business is a complete joke.Services:&nbsp;Nail art

Honestly I usually come here and im satisfied with everyone's work and customer service I got my toes done I usually show a picture for reference before anyone begins. They usually assign someone to you that can do certain styles honestly after making two complaints about no liking one of my feet nothing was done and honestly for $45 I would expect to leave satisfied it just seemed like my feet were rushed so I just cut my service short. I don’t think I should say more than 3 times I am not satisfied Anyways I added a reference photo what I asked for vs. what I got. Upset is not even the word.
