Because I sell items at very low prices, offer free shipping, and have limited inventory, I will only accept returns within 48 hours of the item being received, or unless a mistake was made on my behalf, or the item is damaged (see return policy below).
If invoices are not paid within 48 yours you may incur a $3 shipping fee. You will not incur the late fee if the item is not yet available to ship.
Return Policy:
Returns will be accepted if within 48 hours of when the item is received. Before sending a return back, please fill out the Google form, which can be found by clicking this link https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1lhFGxpbj4YeBYs81X5Y42rBB0hIAO-EJlg4h_nz_UDU/viewform?c=0&w=1. This will alert us that you have a pending credit, and will help us stay on top of your return, credits, and/or refunds. We will not accept any returns that do not have a corresponding response in the Google form. Any returns received without a prior form submission will be refused and sent back. We will accept only FIVE returns in a one-year period.
