Dr. Parrot and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! They are so good with my Ellie and I am the definition of crazy dog mom. They always answer my questions very thoroughly. I have had many dogs before and have seen different vets and clinics and they don’t even come close to the comfort I feel with the care Ellie gets from Dr. Parrot and his staff at Chaska Veterinary Hospital.

We are so happy to have found Dr. Parrott and the team at Chaska Vet Hospital. Excellent communication and skilled, compassionate care. Our pug had a recent dental procedure that had some serious risks and Dr. Parrott and team went above and beyond to make sure we had a successful outcome. Every interaction we have had has been friendly and positive. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our fur babies!

We are VERY grateful to have found this clinic for our little Romeo! The staff is amazing and the facility is so bright and clean. Nora greeted us with smiles and treats for our excited puppy. Every contact with her has been positive and helpful. Amber spent a lot of time getting to know us and she was so fun to watch playing with Romeo. We loved our time with Amber. Next we met with Dr. Parrot. He impressed us with his patience and knowledge. Dr. Parrot didn't make us feel rushed and listened to our concerns. He explained in detail the surgery Romeo needs to remove a tooth. We feel very comfortable putting our precious Romeo in their kind care. We highly recommend Dr. Parrot and his team for your veterinary needs.

From the moment I walked in with my pup, I felt comfortable! Staff was wonderful and Dr. Parrot put my mind at ease almost immediately after meeting him. I loved the way he sat down on the floor with my dog and let her come to him on her own terms for our surgical consult visit. The communication, before, during and after surgery was SO much appreciated! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a private owned vet. And would not hesitate to go back if we needed to.

I absolutely love Dr. Parrot and his team. I brought my pup in for teeth cleaning and some other issues. They talked me through everything and answered all my questions while never feeling rushed. They called me 3x throughout the procedure and even sent a pic when done. When I came to pick my pup up they again took the time to talk to me. Shoutout to Amber for being so wonderful! I also got a text from Dr. Parrot that evening to check in about my pup. Everyone at Chaska Veterinary Hospital is so friendly and kind! 100% recommend!!

We love the whole team at Chaska Vet Hospital. In May we had to put down our female dog after fighting an autoimmune disease for almost 2 years at 12 years old. From initial diagnosis, two years of treatment, Dr Parrot looking to see new approaches and a final hail Mary he supported us and her every step of the way. The team sent us a sympathy card and made a donation in Tot's memory, it was incredibly kind and unexpected. Our second dog is a lab mix whose almost 14. Again Dr Parrot and his team have been great fitting him in on the schedule when something changes in him and helping us with his paralyzed larynx. Having old dogs results in lots of vet calls. We also have seen the vets who fill in if Dr Parrot is off and liked both we have used in emergency situations. All of Dr Parrot's staff are kind and welcoming.

We are new to Minnesota and never thought we'd find a vet we loved as much as the one we left behind in Ohio. After our new neighbors recommended Dr. Parrott and Chaska Vet Hospital, we gave it a try. We were/are so impressed. The entire staff is compassionate and friendly. We love how Dr. Parrott sits on the floor with our dog to make her feel comfortable. He listens to our concerns and seems to care about us as much as our dog. Dr. Parrott has been a huge help in getting our somewhat "challenging" dog acclimated to her new home.

Dr Parrott and staff are great! My dogs ears are better as well as her allergies. It was east to make an appointment and they get right back to you when you leave a message.

The team at Chaska Vet Hospital is amazing. They are professional, courteous and helpful. They clearly care about the animals and do their best to make the experience pleasant for both you and your pet!

Always such a nice place to take your pet— they were so accommodating when I first called them as a new customer because my dog was sick— they squeezed him in as soon as they could and it was quick and easy. They are always able to see your pup within a timely manner and the vet and staff there are personable and efficient without breaking the bank. I will continue to take my pup there!
