ALWAYS a pleasurable experience. The formal dress selection is top notch and I love that they do not have every dress in multiple sizes available. However, they have ordered my size when they didn't have my final selection in my size available in the store. I highly recommend them for any formal occasion as well as a fantastic inventory of high end wear from casual to cocktail. Friendly and accommodating staff. :
Wife was told “we have lots of dresses to choose from. Wife explained that we lived 2.5 hours away. We got there…. 1 dress it was terrible. I’m sure this is a fine business however ask them to send pictures of the dresses/outfits before you waste your time traveling. Very disappointed.
I was shopping for a bridesmaid dress for my best friend’s wedding, I walked in and one of the employees who was already working with someone in the back said hello, and I greeted her back, but realized she was busy so didn’t expect anything more. Another woman was at the computer looked at me in the eye and said nothing, despite me saying hello to her. Shortly afterwards another pair of customers came in and she enthusiastically greeted them, and asked what she could help them with and to let her know if she could help. Meanwhile I was left ignored for actual support for what I was looking for. I walked right out. I will not patronize where my money is not wanted. Thanks but no thanks. Not sorry.
The sweet staff here made a stressful situation of finding "the gown" so easy and fun. Great experience. I will definitely be back.

Carry very few sizes and if you get the wrong size, no returns, even if a gift. Stuck with a store credit. Terrible customer service.
