I live out of state and ordered online.  Chattanooga Florist delivered this order the day promised. The recipient loved the arrangement and sent me a picture of it.  The flowers were lovely and just as the online picture depicted.  So often merchandise is not as it appears online and deliveries not made when said.  But the website was accurate to the “T” and I appreciate it.  Thank you.

I placed an online order for a delivery the following day. They didn't give me any sort of time frame. Nor did they notify me that they weren't going to be delivered so late in the day end of business day. I had to call multiple times to confirm it was going to be delivered on time. They assured me it would be. I'm very disappointed in their professionalism and no willingness to even try to make up for the inconvenience. For the price I paid. It should NOT have happened like this! If they were 10 minutes later to deliver the recipient wouldn't have been there to receive them. Very very disappointed.

I wanted to support a local business so I ordered directly from Chattanooga Flowers and I am so glad I did! The experience from start to finish was amazing. I didn't order until 1 pm so I was so surprised that they immediately began my order for same day delivery. I got an email about the vase needing to be substituted. When I called Judy was so nice and helpful when suggesting other options and let me choose one. I was pleasantly surprised when my wife called me at 3:30 to thank me. The flowers were beautiful and they were so unbelievably fast getting them to her that day. She is hospitalized and I wanted to brighten her day and Chattanooga Flowers absolutely helped me make her day! I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had an excellent experience with Chattanooga Florist. The flowers looked just like the pictures and they delivered even though the weather was stormy and unpleasant. The owner was helpful and sent me a picture of the flowers before the delivery. I will be placing an order with them again.

This place went above and beyond with less than a 24hr notice to produce the most beautiful arrangement for my sisters funeral. The lady made sure those flowers were there for my sister. I’m am highly impressed and will always use them for my flowers. Thank you again!

Awful experience! And it's gone on for 4 months! Didn't receive what was ordered, what did arrive was wilted and poorly arranged. Disputed charges: credit card company rules in "OUR" favor. Chattanooga Florist took my CC info from their records and ran "OUR" card again! Criminal!!!

So after we won a dispute against them for giving us the wrong flowers for a FUNERAL, they decided to charge the card again four months later. Isn’t this fraud and theft? We never gave them permission to even keep card on file!

My husband ordered flowers for our anniversary & told the lady he wanted a rustic style vase, and he liked the mason jar style, if they had it. This is what I got instead. What even is this??  I was utterly embarrassed, and disappointed since I will never be able to use this hideous vase that he pod money for. The flowers were beautiful, that’s the only reason I’m giving this review 2 stars.

I've driven by this florist many times without thinking about it, but no more!  I have received two amazing arrangements delivered to me recently and I've started highly recommending them!  The first arrangement I received is my favorite EVER and I love fresh flowers and I've never seen anything like it.  A basket with green indoor plants such as prayer, arrowhead, cotton, parlor palm.  Stunning.  The second was another beautiful arrangement with sunflowers, chrysanthemum, lavender and lilies.  For one thing, always purchase local, whether for yourself or a delivery.  It's rather easy to Google a local place near where you want it delivered.  For another, if in Chattanooga or delivering to, certainly consider Chattanooga Florist!

Made an order for my mother's wake. ordered two arrangements. Day of they did not show up on time. When I called the store I instead got some answering service based outside of the country who told me they would reach out to the store then never got back to me.  Arrangements finally arrive and one of them isn't what we ordered and the other ones had dying flowers on it. When we called to complain the next day we were met with nothing but arguments and back and forth and their excuse for sending the wrong arrangement was "that was all they had" instead of confirming with us it was ok they just sent it and their way of remedying after arguing this was to offer to take 50% off of the arrangement that wasn't even the right one.  If you have a special occasion or something you would like to be professionally done such as your mother's wake, look elsewhere. If you'd like bad quality and bad customer service then I would highly recommend this company.
