I'm changing my review due to the billing issue that keeps happening, Dr. Han is a great Dr. but I have dual insurance and I'm not to be billed or held responsible in anyway. I hope this issue get resolved. He is a great Dr he has saved my from being on a cane for the rest of my life when I was first diagnosed with scoliosis and having this fluid reduced has been a life saver.
My husband saw this doctor, and 100% this was the WORST experience at a doctor's office we have ever had. My husband has had chronic pain for 3+ years with debilitating headaches, and actually listening to my husband was certainly not a concern for the doctor. While describing his symptoms to the doctor, my husband was told that he wasn't really in as much pain as he said he was and that he wasn't telling the truth about his symptoms. Then the doctor proceeded to BASH the other doctor's that my husband has seen and said that he was the only doctor who had the special lidocaine technique that goes up into your sinuses. He was even arrogant enough to say that he was the one who invented the technique, which is an absolute outright lie. If you want a sympathetic doctor who will listen to you and cares about you, this is NOT the office. Also, there was a miscommunication with billing and we owed a balance after insurance paid. We called the office several times to make the payment and never got a return call, then we were told we were liars when they said they hadn't gotten any missed calls from us at all. We were told that the account was in collections, then when caught in the lie the receptionist had to backtrack her story. We were lied to by each and every staff member we came in contact with. They need some serious shaping up to do, I would be ashamed to work in a practice like this and treat patients the way they did my husband.
I've been seeing Dr. Haun for 12 yrs now for my migraines. He gets them himself, so he understands! He is always patience and very knowledgeable on procedures and medicines. His staff he has, especially now, are always nice, concerned and helpful. We've tried many meds and procedures in the past 12 yrs and we finally found what worked best for me! He's very smart and can read into people also. I'm very grateful and so glad he's my doctor!
I am choosing one star because you have no choice. Horrible experience did not listen and bad mouthed every other doctor. Thought very highly of himself.
Dr. Han is a great guy. He is one of only a few doctors who have been able to survive my mother, especially since her stroke, for more than a couple of years, and he has gone out of his way to make sure she has had access to care that has made notable improvements in her quality of life, despite uncooperative insurance and a host of other problems.
I was not very pleased with my experience here. Dr. Han chose to spend very little time with me on my first visit, when I was hoping to find out why I was having headaches. When I went for a follow-up, I think I literally spent more time walking from my car to the office and back than he did with me in the office. Bedside manner is just very poor and he always seems to be in a rush. Somehow that doesn't translate to shorter wait times. I will go somewhere else next time.
Dr. Han was the only Dr. throughout my Workman's Comp nightmare that genuinely tried to help me. I love Dr. Han, I don't care what any of these reviews say.
Pill mill! Wouldn't send my worst enemy there!! Smells horrible! Used needles lying around on trays, bloody cotton balls on the floor. Told me to stop all medication no matter what it treated. Offered me 4 types of pain pills!! Went once, never went back! Reported them!
Dr. Han is the only neurologist that helped me, not the one in Cleveland, not the one in Erlanger. I highly recommend Dr. Han without any reservation.
My visit with Dr. Charles hun was very bad he is rude and very poor would not recommend him if your life depends on it he was making fun of my grandmother that has dementia he is a waste of time
