Excellent experience! This place was quiet, beautiful, and had all the amenities that you could possibly need. The best part of my experience for sure was the staff! They were extremely welcoming and accommodating and made me feel at home! Whatever I needed they found a way to make it happen. Loved my time there so much, I extended my stay!

My wife and I and 2 dogs stayed here on our way to Florida. The accommodations were so nice, clean, quiet and convenient we decided to stay here again on our return trip to Virginia. The fenced in dog play area is a real bonus! The pool looks really nice but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. We'll definitely stay here again while passing through Chattanooga.

I would not stay there again even for 1 night. The staff has no idea what they are doing. I called ahead and changed the length of my camper, and I was told no problem. They put us in a site to small. You walked out of our camper and it was a straight shot down. You could not sit outside, and you needed to be careful walking out our door. Additionally, there was dog mess in our site.

Asked to be able to stay hooked with TT for one night and assigned site was much too steep to remain in trailer without rolling out of bed. When complained, was told nothing else available, but finally taken to a slightly less sloping site. Strangely enough, we looked around campground numerous times and saw several vacant sites. At almost 70 dollars per night, we expected much better treatment. This is not the typical experience we have found at KOA, but truly disappointed in this experience.

We booked a campsite for a week about 2 months ago. When we arrived, they told us they had only one spot left, which was not the one I reserved. They clearly gave our spot to somebody else and did not want to assume their mistake. No wonder that spot was still available, it was the smallest, ugliest uneven spot I have ever seen, and it was right by the dumping station, nice! The first thing the lady told us when we told her this wasn’t what we booked was that we have an hour to leave if we want a full refund, which we did! We went above and beyond to not stay at this KOA because with this kind of service it shouldn’t be a KOA in the first place. Making a mistake is always ok, not assuming a mistake and having the client pay for it is just unacceptable.

This was our 1st time here & it'll be our 1st and last stop going to and returning from Florida. Beautiful treed sites with a concrete patio with a table, 4 chairs and umbrella along with a rocking bench and fire pit. Very friendly staff and they care. Text messages as helpful hints. We'll be back!!! Thanks!

Wonderful camp staffed with wonderful people. The sites are a great size and the camp is clean. Not far off the highway making it very convenient for an off the road stay.  Restrooms: Very clean.

TBH, we drove in the dark and it seemed a little spooky/sketchy on the way in but when the sun came up it was beautiful.   I'd love to be here in the fall.   I will say I'm glad I didnt use the showers there...they needed a hard core cleaning....but the rest of the place was great.

Beautiful property. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. Great store with all of your needs covered. Easy location off the highway. Bathrooms could stand to be upgraded.

Beautiful and serene. There are no bad spots at this RV park. The spaces are tucked between trees so that everyone has a lovely view. The pool was well maintained and much needed. The playground was sweet and easy to get to. Solid washers and dryers. Just an all around great experience.
