Financial Reporting: MEDICARE AND MEDICAID COST REPORTING –
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requires that institutional healthcare providers submit annual cost reports to an assigned Fiscal Intermediary (FI).
The cost report contains provider information such as financial statement data, facility characteristics, cost and charges by cost center (in total and for Medicare), utilization data, and Medicare/Medicaid settlement data. In ensuring that our clients are compliant to CMS requirements, CHCFA provides cost reporting services as requested.

Health Plan Review –
Complete review of health plan’s clinical and administrative goals and objective including CQI initiatives and risk management assessment
Book keeping/Write-Up – Provision of full-charge bookkeeping services, including general journal and subsidiary ledger maintenance, bank statement reconciliation, and receivables and payables tracking and analyses
Funding Opportunites - Assist clients in identifying and seeking funding opportunites available through Federal, State and local programs
