Outstanding! I've been using the for years. Michael and the others are awesome. They always advise me of ways to try to save on some of my very pricey scripts. I call it I, or the doc se do it...I get a text when it's ready. They had to adjust operations during the more strict period of Covid, but still did a great job.

I've been with this pharmacy for years. I'm now transferring to one of their pharmacy's. Weirdly enough, I'm upset that I'm doing it. That's because this place, the Pharmacist, and their employees are outstanding!! Amanda has gone above and beyond more than once! If you want professional people whom also take the time to actually know you, then Pierpoint Landing Pharmacy is for you.

If I could subtract stars I would! This place is absolutely ridiculously SLOW!!!! I have had multiple awful experiences at this particular place, so much so I refuse to go there for ANYTHING. On numerous occasions the service is BEYOND SLOW!!! I can't say enough how SLOW they are! 45 minutes one visit, 2 hours the next an hour the last, it really is a shame because I wanted to love them. The staff is friendly and courteous but no matter what time you go in they always have a wait or just plain out take years to get a 7day script ready. I seriously don't know how it takes them so long when they always have 5 or 6 people working. It really is the SLOWEST place IN THE WORLD!!!! I wish I was kidding.

They penalize people and it's not right. I never knew that a pharmacy had the right to drug test you and make u come in for counts. Not that I have an issue with doing it, but don't penalize people for no reason. Will never go back

Charges you for a full prescription and when you get home you only have 5 of the 60 pills for Alzheimer's. And then expect you to drive all the way back . Unprofessional. In my dealings

Refused to give me my prescription only because I didn't have my EMPTY bottle. Will NEVER use them again, and would not recommend then to anyone!
