just found my fav place to get soft serves, no doubt

Very slow wait time in drive thru waiting 20 mins for even us to pay for our food...... 15 min longer for food....sorry..... sad fast "turtle"speed.

The employees here are really nice! I've never gone inside,  always just use the drive thru but they are always nice. Sometimes it take awhile to get the food, but they have always told me it's because they are making it fresh and they really are! I've gotten chicken and fries for my kids after school and many times they have to wait for it to cool down because they just made it! I'd rather wait and have my food be fresh and hot!

Went to drive thru. Sat for 5 minutes until speaker person says please hold.  Then sat for 10 minutes until I finally pulled around and parked and went in.  I was the forth in line when I noticed only two employees doing more talking than working. They did not come to the counter and just kept talking.  I put my money back in my pocket and decided I could cook at home faster than getting an food here.  If they don't fire this staff they might as well close the doors now.

This was our first purchase here. I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. It was a tasty meal that wasn't overpriced. We'll stop in the next time we're in the area. The young lady at the counter was nice and didn't seem to mind our questions. Two thumbs up!

Decent food at a good price. Don't expect any high quality burger with high quality meat though. I used to like getting the 4 for 3, a burger, fries, a drink and an apple pie for 3 bucks but they raised the price by one dollar so it's the 4 for 4 now, might as well go to Wendy's. Sometimes the cheeseburgers or regular burgers can be too salty. The fries are good though. Good spot to kill your hunger in a pinch while saving a little bit of money.

Staff seems to always be friendly and they are very quick here. Their prices are reasonable and their food is very delicious. They have one of the best shakes out of all of the fast food restaurants in town. My fave are Bouna and Checkers. This location is very convenient as well as it is adjacent to a gas station so you can get your food and your gas all in one full sweep.

I was so glad to discover that one was only 10 minutes from my home its on 65th St in Bedford Park, IL.!!  The burger was as delicious as I remember from years ago & the fries - yum!!  Jamie helped us, him & his teams customer service was awesome.  He came by our table to see how we were enjoying our meal - that was a 1st for me at a fast food facility.  Keep up the great work & I will visit again soon!

This is the third time i counted on this checkers for some food and they let me down once again. I will not be coming back. 3/3 times they failed to get my order correct from when the order was taken to what i got in the bag. 3/3 times the fries were cold and soggy. 3/3 times they can't even get the dipping sauce correctly even after i ask them what they have and i pick one out from the selection. 3/3 times the food was prepared sloppy and thank goodness i never found a hair or spit. I'm a very laid back guy but you really need to @#$%$#@$%#@ things up to make me upset enough to write a review on you.  You are a fast food establishment why does it take 15 minutes for me to get luke warm food? Why can you never get the order correct the first time? I used to go to the checkers on 1st ave and i-290 intersection and even though i was convinced those workers were crack heads they at least knew how to get the order right, in a timely manner, and the food was warm and didn't look like it was thrown against a wall and then dropped into a wrapper.  I only give you 2 stars because i never found anything gross in my food but it doesn't matter anyway because i threw everything but my children's chicken pieces into the trash just in case.

Great burgers, amazing fries, and delicious funnel cakes with a great price! If you can ignore the attitude from the staff then this would be a perfect place. Still really high recommend you make a stop here.
