"As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. Ordered a big Buford but instead got a double checker burger . wife ordered fully loaded fries and there was only enough fries to layer the bottom. Not worth $4. Over all not a good experience! Will mever go back!
Pretty good food and the gentlemen working that night was very informative about the business. The downside was that items were not available because they have to take down ice cream early on Sundays because the manager wants them too. Items should always be available if they are advertised on the menu. Other than that the food was hot, tasteful, and good bbq sauce to go along with it! Going to stop in again to try the dessert and check the cleanliness out.
Very expensive poorly made food. Save yourself some time and money, go to the gas station on the corner and get a burger from them.
Me and my sister weren't pleased that our burgera weren't hot ao we asked for fresh ones. The manager told us "That is fresh, the vegetables made it cold." How does a fresh burger get cold that quick, we enee up having to get a refund. Bright side fries and shake was good
Have gone a few times since i like checkers everytime i have gone they mess up my order. Last time i asked for 2 chillidogs and they didn't put any chilli sauce. I also asked for 2 orders of fries and gave me one order split in to 2. I tried to give them chances but im tired of me.
The checkers has a great menu and this my second or third time. Took my grandson with me. I can't tolerate the food my system tells me. My adult grandson agreed the food taste old and cooked anyway. Sorry. The staff was friendly.
Only place to sit down and eat inside is a bar seats four stools, patio outside if you don't mind the weather conditions outdoors, heat, rain, and bugs. The food is half way decent for fast food, but my cheeseburger warm to cool side like it was made beforehand. Really can't beat the fries.
I ordered their deal of 2 chili dogs for $3. They have a pretty decent chili at Checkers. I really enjoy their chili dogs. They come with ketchup, mustard, and diced raw white onions. I usually order their French fries, I love their French fries, but I was in a bit of a hurry and only needed a quick and cheap meal.
I went to this place because it just opened up and I was surprised to find that the food was so amazing,the food was fresh and very hot!! the employees were very professional especially the fact that they were being trained .The mistake that a new trainee made was immediately corrected by the very kind and understanding manager with no charge I might add. I personally love the fast service and convince. would I eat there often? absolutely. I recommend this place over Mc Donald's because of the great food.
I'd decided to try out the Checkers that had opened up near me since I'd never had it before. I drove up to order and ordered a basic Cheese Double, fries and mozzerella sticks but person on the other end said they were "out of burgers". It didn't really make sense but I didn't mind that much. I got to the window, paid and received my fries and mozzerella sticks, however after checking the bag to make sure they got the order right they missed the mozzarella sticks so I brought it up, said I'd also like extra marinara sauce and the person taking my order said it would be ready in 5 minutes. After that I sat in their parking lot and waited. 10 minutes passed and I finally get my mozzarella sticks and they forgot to put the extra marinara sauce in so the person taking my order ran back in and gets it. In short, the customer service at least for me was kind of spotty. The fries were good though, but the mozzarella sticks were a little cold in the middle for some reason. To anyone that cares about how "fresh" their food is, I have a couple friends that work at this location and they've noted how patties are made in the morning and are put under heat lamps to keep them warm. Another one brought up how an employee dropped a tomato slice meant to be put on a burger, picked it up off the ground and cleaned it off and put it back on the burger. I guess I got lucky for not getting a burger in this case. If you want better customer service and I suppose slightly better "freshness" then go to the McDonald's that's right next to it or drive out a little further to Wendy's.
