Price is not match and nothing special for that money. Be fair food is ok only sign on drive thru show diferent price, everyone have own choise.Food: 3/5
It’s been five days since the last review said the intercom system at the drive thru was broken. It is still broken and the line at the drive thru is the slowest I’ve ever experienced. There is only one way in and out of this drive thru lane, so once you enter, you’re stuck with the consequences. The alternative exit lane is blocked. I’m still waiting in line as I write this review. If you’re reading this it’s too late.
Horrible customer service. Person taking my order was just nasty. Found two pieces of hair in my fries, to top it off the chicken burger I ordered had barely any lettuce and maybe mayo the size of a nickel. No wonder checkers aren't everywhere , with customer service and crappy food like that who would want to go?
Horrible customer service after struggling to get into their narrow packed with snow. My car fishtailed numerous times on the way to the intercom. I sat for 2 mins saying hello and no one responded. I drove up to the window there was a group of men standing around talking . I asked if I could place an order the man said yes, I tell him what I’d like and he says hold on he can’t take the order he has to get someone else. He walks away and continues talking to the group of men for 40-60 seconds. I drove off no checkers is worth the horrible service I received
If I can give them a zero I would. Food was cold order was wrong I guess because of the location they feel the service, experience, etc... Can be less then acceptable for the population they serve!! Workers had no uniforms handled food with same gloves they handled money with. The speaker is always broken, and the milkshake machine is never working. They need to just close it down because the franchise owner sure as hell doesn't care. He won't get my money again!! Never going back!!!
I always come to this checkers whenever I get the chance and never have I gotten any bad service till now. There's a rude worker there, messed up my order, I claimed that they messed up my and they get annoyed. Like.. what am I supposed to say, I'm not giving out my money for fun. Kid in the back seemed cool though, he seemed sorry for the mistake the other girl made, which he shouldn't be sorry for another person's attitude. I work with customers too and never am I rude or give them an attitude. If you want to work with food service then please learn how to have patience.
Their drive thru doesn't work, so you have to order . Through the window. They don't have shakes or ice cream or extra sauce. And they want me to wear a mask while alone in my car at the window? Idk but everything seems weird at this place. Never going back here.
My Experiences: Drive-Thru intercone system broken with apparently no intention of being repaired in a reasonable amount of time. This has caused unreasonably long wait times. Customer service on my last visit while professional was not pleasant nor friendly. I also get the feeling the good reviews on here are purchased and not genuine. The bad complaints are far to consistent.
I'm a dasher, this was a $3 order and the order was ready for pickup before I arrived to the restaurant. Waited 20 minutes on drive thru line. Restaurant doors are closed so I'm only able to pick up the order from drive thru. Slow moving drive thru cause speaker is broken and then the manager gets upset for me contacting Doordash stating that I'll be late for the customers order. Don't go to this checkers cause it's very slow and unprofessional.
UPDATE 3/17-- 2 days in a row they have been closed down in the middle of the day. its a shame because they were actually turning things around They are not open looks like a ghost town at 12 midnight. Maybe they closed for good? Also, Google says they're open. Maybe it's been sold.. idk.. also.. they don't have a flag on their flagpole. Idk.. maybe it's gonna be a Popeyes chicken, lol ik they've been looking for property around here.. who knows
