Chef Tech Cooking School co-owners Teri Appleton Villanueva and Amy Loe met working together at Ocean Avenue Seafood Restaurant in Santa Monica, CA. Amy was sous chef and Teri was pastry chef. They forged a friendship (BFF!) which has lasted for years. They have been there for each other’s marriages and child rearing, all along while sharing their love and passion for food and cooking. It would be their privilege to serve you a delectable slice of cooking expertise.
Our mission is to teach people how to cook – to show them how to select quality ingredients, use the proper equipment and master the best techniques. We demonstrate how to create wonderful food so students can either advance in their career, or simply share with their friends and family. Learning to cook is “Knowledge Plus Pleasure”!
