They have 2 shifts 5am to 1:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. . Arrived on time for my appointment at 1900 hours did not get door till 1940 it is 8:55 p.m. and I still have not got my load and my paperwork. You must drop your trailer in the door and go park on the street. There is a piloted flying j nearby about a mile away.
over 4 hours waiting and just got a dock assignment..last 3 times here over 4 hours to get loaded and never been very busy...Awful!!
