Discharged from this practice after I told them to stop scheduling me for appointments and they still kept scheduling me. Now I am barred from being accepted by any new PCP in the Bristol health network. This is absolutely disgusting. Not to mention the several health issues that were consistently overlooked within the years I was at this practice. I recommend switching from Bristol health networks to Hartford healthcare. Way more professional people there with a lot more medical experience. First time I was seen was by a real doctor who was able to guide me in the right direction.

I don’t write reviews. My fiancé had an appt today. They called and wouldn’t see him because of the symptom “nausea” no ask of covid exposure, no ask of fever, no ask of testing. Simply explained their policy is that they wouldn’t see him because of again NAUSEA. I told them they shouldn’t be a doctors office if they aren’t willing to help sick people. Absolutely ABSURD.

The staff here was rude to me about how my insurance works. Instead of helping, they just printed out a paper that said "denied" and tried to send me in my way out. I had to call my insurance company and hand the lady my phone for them to let me keep my first appointment. I have full insurance benefits and wasn't able to make an appointment unless I provided Insurance information on the phone prior to the visit. They didn't say it was denied then, only when I went to the office for my first appointment. How did that change?? I had gotten 2 blood tests done here. The first one I came back in to discuss. The Doctor told me to right down my symptoms as they came, which I had presented a list that she didn't even look at. The second time going for a blood test, she said she would call me and let me know the results, and if nothing came up in the tests she'd still call to let me know and make another appointment if I was still feeling the same. NEVER got a call. Looking for a new place to go.

Rebecca Roben has a fantastic bedside manner and is very compassionate, inviting and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and put to rest any concerns I might have. She’s terrific with sensitive subjects as well, always willing to help. She’s truly concerned with all aspects of my well being. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for Primary Care.

Today has been the 3rd time I have been denied an appt to come in to the office. The lady at the desk.is extremely rude. I called today to ask if I could speak to Dr Roben or her nurse. Lady asked me why and I told her I had a question about a sinus infection. Its not COVID, I have been tested and I am negative. She told me I had to do a tele visit because I have symptoms of COVID. Cheekbones hurting when you touch them is not a COVID symptom. Sorry dr.'s but Im goi g somewhere else where I can actually be seen in the office. dont know how you can tell a sinus infection by a damm computer

My wife and I went in for a routine checkup and to get bloodwork done. For our blood test Mr. Churnesky recommended my wife get a vitamin D test even though he had assumed she was low anyway. Come to find out my insurance doesn’t cover vitamin D testing and now we’re stuck with a $300.00 bill that could have been completely avoided if he had just explained to us that it might now be covered by our insurance. Then we wouldn’t have gotten the test. Also, my wife got her test a week after our bloodwork was completed and here it’s now 4 weeks later and I still haven’t received mine.

I have been going Dr. Cherneskie for years now . I think the doctor is very professional but can also joke with him . He’s extremely concerned what you have to say and is a very good listener. He takes his time during you’re appointment and doesn’t rush out to the next patient. He spends time and is very sympathetic. I would recommend Dr. Cherneskie very highly. Mrs Carol Wroblewski

Both Dr. Cherneskie and Rebecca Roben, APRN are top notch Medical Professionals who listen and care and will do all that they can to help you. The nursing staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a Dr.

The best doctor hands down. He takes care if my husband and has never failed with same day appointments.

I love this office. They have been my PCP as long as I have lived in CT.
