The appt desk will not answer the phone!! Tried for 2 weeks to get appt and no one answers the phone. Call the clinic they won t talk to you just transfers you and no one answers. Husband is an established patient for many yrs

I’m an at large citizen, from Kansas. The staff there, were fantastic. I’m talking from the registration, to the lab, to the nurse, and finally to the dr. They were patient, and answered all my questions. Seriously impressed.

Been going to Amo Clinic for 15 years! Really appreciate the quality of care & service. They have been great at treating problems. Also great at finding problems that I didn't realize I had! Amo has made a very positive contribution to my health, my peace of mind & my active life!

I came here to get my Pfizer booster shot for COVID-19. In the drive thru clinic. Ms. Susie was the one who administered the shot and was very friendly and welcoming!

I gave 3 stars because it's hard to rate the whole clinic as a whole. There's good parts and not so good parts. So I'll rate based on the different parts I've been to... 1. General care: this part really depends on your primary or who you get to see same day appointments. I've had great doctors and I've had awful ones. If you don't like the doctor you seen, ask around and see who someone recommends and try to get an appointment with them. 3.5* 2. The eye clinic: it's awfully hard to get into, 3 months waiting list and no telling what day they'll be putting you for. I need to see and I can't wait that long if my prescription is out and glasses brake. It's such a hassle I just pay to go somewhere else. 0* 3. Dental: It can take a bit to get an appointment they stay busy but once you do they are pretty great. They take walk ins though and if you can wait a longer time it's worth it. 4.5* 4. Mental health: Pretty great people in this part of the clinic. Therapist listens and helps a lot. If you need medication they help find whats right for you. Down side to this part is more limited selection of medications aka older types lacking the newer medications that are known to cause less side effects. No direct line. 4* 5. Special care: didn't know what to labele this. But if something is considered non life threatening or cosmetic they many times will not send you to a specialist or will make you wait a very long time. 2*

The Dental cleanings, have been a good experience. The woman that cleans teeth is the best. IHS dentist are always hit and miss for me. Some are great and some are just sort of okay. The one now is great, but the one before him didn't have much of a Bed side manner. That is why I gave it a 4 star.

I caught a really bad sinus infection during my dental appointment. I came back a couple days later because I was having trouble breathing. They didn't even ask me what my symptoms were. They just jammed Q-tips inside of me and told me I was healthy. Apparently coughing up green and dark gray mucus is normal. I still have the infection 2 weeks later because they wouldn't give me any antibiotics. It's like they want me to die.

David Taylor care taker supervisor is the most incompetent person I’ve ever encountered. I can’t believe this clinic would employee such a horrible person with an equally nasty attitude. Me and my family will not be returning here because of this person. I will be spreading the word.

My mother works in the behavioral Heath department as the only checking in person and I don't know what part of the clinic Some of you went to and it doesn't matter there is so many people there every day and I know you can state your opinion but I'm just saying they try very hard thank you for your time

Been waiting on my tests results I was supposed to get Monday, anytime I call they are “busy” I leave a message and no call back. I tried to call the clinic itself again and was sent to voicemail. Super bad service.
