Cherokee Nation Three Rivers

I have only been going there a few months ago. I highly recommend them to anyone needing care. All the employees have been very nice. BUT MY NEW PRIMARY PHYSICIAN SHE IS AWESOME. Her name's DR ROUND. I have had cancer tumors surgically removed from my brain and my spinal cord then I also have been fighting esophagus cancer for The Last 5 Years so I've seen my fair share of doctors and she was the most kind-hearted nice listen to me acknowledge me seem to understand me I walked out of there amazed at how good I was treated there so once again I say I would highly recommend Three Rivers too anyone that can go there for your medical dental I am psychological mental health side of it is really helpful also

Brilliant work everyone. I’ve been going here for several years. Sometimes the dental assistants are a little rough, but nevertheless a beautiful experience. Everyone’s been very kind and never rude. Always patient and looking after each other. Thank you guys so much. I will always appreciate the work that has been done here. Don’t ever let anyone tell you guys otherwise.

This is a very nice clean location. It take a while to get an appointment because they are so busy and have a lot of people scheduled before you. Once you get to your appointment everything is great! You don’t have to wait long in the office and the staff is friendly. I primarily go to the dentist but they have a wonder all around clinic. No complaints! Thankfully I am able to receive their services! BOOK YOR APPOINTMENT IN ADVANCE!

Was there to pick up some medical supplies for myself and got the newest Covid shot and wanted to get one of my prescriptions but the pharmacy said I was 3 days early so I couldn't get it. I talked to April in the pharmacy and she got me my prescription! Thank you so much April!

Staff is friendly but as a new patient for a pcp, I had an appointment yesterday. I was not told my appointment changed when I called to confirm the date and time a few days prior. They told me when I got there at 8 AM the day of and it had been rescheduled for 5 months from now in February. They told me they'd call if they got an earlier appointment but I've decided not to go here again. Ridiculous, especially considering I waited 4 - 5 months already for the first appointment just to be suddenly rescheduled.

I think that they are a really efficient, timely, considerate group of people that work well as a team & the patients are lucky and should be grateful for the help we are blessed with thru the Cherokee Nation. This place is great.

My only complaint is the same one I have for redbird clinic. After the initial person from registration answers and sends your call to the department you need about 80% of the time no one answers and you get to leave a message and often hear back towards 3-5pm even if leaving the message from 8-9am if at all. Three rivers dental and pediatrics have this issue, dental often doesn't respond at all.

They were absolutely the best clinic that I have been to. They took super good care of me they got me in really quick because I had a lot of dental work that needed to be done that I didn’t even know that I needed due to a previous place that I went to. They listen to me, they checked on me throughout the whole procedure, they were just really good and I am so thankful for all of the staff that I got to meet there.

I Didn't have an appointment my tooth needed to be pulled.I showed up at 650 a.m. and my tooth was out by 730 wow the best place I've ever been every one was super nice remember i had no appointment and only had my Indian card no other Inc love this Cherokee hospital. its 7pm and i have very little pain and it was not an easy pull

It takes forever to get an appointment, but mostly every time i try to call pharmacy i always get voicemail and no one ever calls. My job doesnt allow me to go there till well after they've closed for the day. Ive been trying for almost a week to get my inhaler refiled.
