I personally had a great experience and she did very well. I also don't mind the fact that she isn't fluent in English and had to use her phone to communicate. I moved to Italy without speaking fluent Italian and had to do the same thing. So I understand her struggle and if people around here did the same, or had a shred of compassion, they wouldn't be racist and ignorant.
Went to the one by the smoke shack. So awesome. Been there light 3 times. She actually has me walking straight and my back pain is all but gone. Thinking twice a week for a month or two and I should be as perfect as someone almost 60 could be.
Terrible!!! She spoke no English couldn't understand her she couldn't understand me. She walked in and out throughout the session even answering the phone. She came up with her own tip. It was an uncomfortable and clearly she was not a professional massage therapist. Worst experience EVER DO NOT RECOMMEND
What a shame this place was good until I finished my massage. When u come in, they ask which service u want, I said 1 hr which is $90. They have u pay up front, which I did. Unknown to me because I'm not watching the clock,, the lady went over 20 mins, so when I got ready to leave they asked for $65 more which is cost of a half hour. I was upset that she didn't stop at the hour. Trying to explain this to them on an app that translates which wasnt working correctly was stressful. I did end up paying another $45 just to be done with them. Unfortunately any relief from my tension was gone by the time I finished the transaction. I think this was a scam from the beginning and I was too trusting. They didn't even have me fill out any paperwork, that should have been a clue to me.. Beware
The lady was extremely rude to me when I got there . It was like she didn't want to do the massage but she did it and it didn't feel too good . Then she tried to make me give her a $10 tip. I gave $3 and she told me that u needed to give her $10 .
Last minute massage for hubby and myself. Wasn’t impressed with professionalism of staff- took personal phone calls on speaker phone during massage and left room at least three times to help check out customers. Not terribly relaxing experience.
