The DON Felton is married but upset other employees are friends. She will fire you if you mess with someone she likes lol she could never fire me tho. Her wigs are awful. She basically cheats on her husband. The Treatment Nurse Bryant is mad she is growing old. Anybody pretty, smart or intimidating to her, she will be Harassing. And she can barely walk. Her hairstylist need to be fired! The MDS at East View she don’t have a man so she takes it out on the CNAs and younger Nurses because she don’t have nothing but that old BMW to call hers. She needs to stay at her facility cause she be stealing time. The Over night nurse Lee mad her husband left her for a CNA so she treats them awful and will weap what she sow. She can barely walk too. Her wigs are awful too and they all need a facial and a breath mint. I don’t recommend working there. Especially if you cute, they will all try and talk to you.

They really don't care about our loved ones.Housekeeping has a bigger heart than the CNA's,nurses and admin. Long story short my loved one was found unresponsive,I hadn't heard from her in 2days.Once at the hospital,her kidneys were damaged. So how are you caring for someone that's unconscious AND YOU DONT KNOW IT.They are sad,with no remorse

MY SISTER, WAS THERE, YOU HAVE TO COME TO SEE YOUR RELATIVE. THERE'S A LOT OF CONFUSION. YOU HAVE TO HAVE COMMON SENSE TO GET THROUGH THE B.S. THAT GOES ON THERE. BUT WHAT GOES ON THERE, IS PRESENT IN ALL THESE TYPE FACILITIES. NO TRUE CARE FOR PEOPLE. IT'S A SIGN OF THE TIMES WE LIVE IN BE PREPARED.

The facility is awful. From administration staff all the way down to floor staff they always show up for shifts late 2 to 3 hours late. The director of nursing has the nastiest attitude I have ever seen CNA’s disappear, and the staffing is terrible. They never have enough staff I think it’s probably one of the worst facilities I’ve ever worked at. This review is just the tip of the iceberg. Beware.

I don't feel that Cherry Hill Healthcare even deserves one star. They don't deserve any star at all. I was recently placed there for some physical rehabilitation. The rehabilitation therapists I give them 5+ stars, but of course they don't actually work for Cherry Hill. The CNA's and some of the LPN's and RN's are terrible. They are very lazy, some always had a very bad body smell. Even at the beginning of the shift they had a bad smell. It always would take them anywhere from 3 to as long as 5 hours to answer a call for help. I remember falling in the bathroom floor and no one came in to help,even after pulling the call for help string on the wall. I had to get myself up back in the bed. I also remember one day calling for help to use a bed pan. It took them 3 hours to bring the bed pan then it took them 4 hours to come and help me get off and cleaned up. I could continue on with more problems I had with this place but I will finish by saying Cherry Hill Healthcare in Birmingham Alabama is by far the worst nursing home that I ever have had to be placed in.

My mother was there for temporary rehab only. I was her POA and responsible for her bill not her. I have always paid 100% of her bills. Her SS check has always been for her personal use not her living expenses. This facility without notifying our family took over her social security check and told them she was a permanent resident and change her address to theirs and added them as payee of her money. It was never intended for her to be there permanently. She was there approx 4 weeks. After talking to my mom and knowing something was not right with her I demanded that they get a ambulance and get her to a hospital. It took me 5 months to get her SS straightened out. This place is a scam and shady. Once I got her to a new facility cherry hill notified SS simply that she would not be returning SS interpreted that as she was deceased causing everything to be canceled as in her check, insurance, credit cards and so on. This has caused extreme stress on us trying to correct the mess they caused. Also when trying to discuss her bill they hung up on several family members. My mother has since passed away and I am still 7 months later dealing with problems because of the scam they pulled on my mother. I am contacting my attorney for all the pain and suffering they have caused for the 4 weeks she was there for rehab.

The staff is so amazing! From the nurses to the housekeeping staff. The facility is always clean and the residents are treated respectfully by all staff. I would definitely recommend bringing your loved one to Cherry Hill.

If you don’t want your family member taken care, by all means send them here. If you want them to almost die, send them here. This place is a JOKE. They kept telling me mother was doing fine when clearly she wasn’t. They asked me not to call to check on her so she could adjust being there. I’d give them zero stars in I could.

Ya’ll should be ashamed of yourselves!!! My cousin deserved better ! You know who you are. I believe all the good workers left that actually cared which was the only reason we left him there . Just because we can’t come in to check on our love ones doesn’t mean you neglect your job! The older ladies in the office needs to do their job properly and make sure these patients are getting the best care . Pathetic!

My husband was treated unfairly. He would call on his light and he said that the it stayed on for an hour. But when the finely checked on him they were nice. But some were not.
