Cherry Hill High School West is a four-year comprehensive public high school, serving students in ninth grade through twelfth grades in Cherry Hill, Camden County, New Jersey, United States, operating as part of the Cherry Hill Public Schools. The other comprehensive high school in the district is Cherry Hill High School East. Established in 1956, Cherry Hill High School West was originally known as Delaware Township High School and then Cherry Hill High School.As of the 2014-15 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,403 students and 109.0 classroom teachers, for a student–teacher ratio of 12.9:1. There were 325 students eligible for free lunch and 93 eligible for reduced-cost lunch.Cherry Hill High School West was an IB World School from September 2000 to June 2008, offering students the IB Diploma Programme.Awards, recognition and rankingsIn the 2011 "Ranking America's High Schools" issue by The Washington Post, the school was ranked 68th in New Jersey and 1,990th nationwide.
