Visited this Eye Practice Cherry Vision Center for the first time this year. Dr. Holler was decent but got my prescription wrong even after 2 corrective visits. The staff in the office and consultants for eye glasses are absolutely horrible. They all were very condescending and rude. All they want is your money. Not helpful with picking out cheaper frames/glasses or all the options needed with them. Nor do they fully explain their return policy. After 2 corrective visits and sending my new frames/prescription back for correction they are still wrong and they will not allow me to return them. Only offered me to see another doctor in the practice. No thank you! Avoid this practice if you can. Going back to my original Doctor at Sylvania EyeCare Specialties of Ohio! I recommend you go to a different practice or even Costco eye care as those two practices treat their patients with ultimate respect and help them to save money not take it away from you.

Staff are so friendly and accommodating! I have never had a more positive experience getting an eye exam!

Dr Holland? was very good, friendly, snd helpful.  The staff was for the last two years was bad:  stone cold on the phone, and when I picked up my glasses, the girl helping me handed them to me and said “ do you want to try them on?”.  I am used to having a tech sit me down, examine the fit, make any adjustments requested, and generally making me glad I was their customer.  All without having to ask for a tech to actually come out.  I will miss the doctor - Dr Holland?, but I will no longer go to Cherry Vision. By the way, two years ago I was examined by Dr Cherry, and he had no chair-side manner that day either.

A wonderful experience as always! Love the staff at Cherry Vision and although I came on a busy day and had to wait a while for my appointment, the staff helped me look at new frames while I was waiting as I was considering getting a second pair of glasses whether or not I had a change in my vision. I always see the same person, Dr Holler, and she is very friendly and professional she also has a good sense of humor!. Wouldn't hesitate to go back again and recommend to my wife, who is going elsewhere right now.

The doctors at Cherry Vision Center are friendly, professional, and take the time to understand you and answer your questions.  Going to the doctor is not my preferred activity, but the staff made me feel comfortable and made my visit pleasurable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an optometrist.  i definitely trust them and am much less anxious about my eye care.

The staff is patronizing and rude both in person and on the phone. Our 13 year old daughter was seen by a female eye doctor here and the doctor was snarky when she noticed our daughter was wearing mascara, making a comment about our daughter's age and wearing eye makeup. It's not her job to make parenting decisions for our child. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. She liked to lecture us too, that's how she came across. Very awkward.The front desk staff is not pleasant either. Condescending. This place has a "power trip" kind of vibe. We decided not to use this practice anymore.

I’ve been going to Dr. Cherry since I was a kid and his office was “Sunforest Optical”. I refuse to see any other eye doctor! Now I bring my children to Dr. Cherry and they absolutely love him. His staff is great and I like the fact they won’t let you just grab any pair of glasses that don’t look right on you! Lol. Only downside I’m having is no one can seem to find our glasses order for my husband and I :. I am sure, however, all will be taken care of!

Always friendly and helpful.  I came in to schedule my next exam and left with  a great pair of readers at a very good price.  Would recommend them to others and I have been coming here for many years.  The eye docs are very good as well.

My family has been going to Cherry Vision for years...probably 10 or more...and never once had a negative experience. There has been twice over the years we had to make emergency appointments and each time we were given the appointment quickly and seen right away. I appreciate their customer service service and professionalism.
