Dr. Palermo and Crystal were Great! They not only explained different ways to get the best results in our puppies health, but Fixed the problem in 1 Amazing informative Visit! You can tell they Really Cared! I Would Highly Recommend Them and This Clinic!!! Every time we go it is Great! The only thing I could say Objectively, is the wait time sucks, but even that process isn't too bad.
Went to this veterinarian clinic today with high hopes, I just found a sweet kitty outside recently and I wanted to take her to a clinic to check for any health issues. On their website, the clinic says that walk ins are accepted before 4; I was there at 2:50. I bring my cat in to get her checked & the rude ladies up front tell me that walk ins are not allowed after 3, okay? and I kindly state that on their website it states otherwise, so they begrudgingly let me in. I wait hours to have my animal taken back, even though there were people who came in after me which for some reason they allowed? and the whole time they are up front talking about me like I can’t hear or something. They said things along the lines of “it’s not him the veterinarian that has to listen to mad customers” & something about “stopping them from coming in”. I absolutely will not be returning. The veterinary staff itself was amazing, but those receptionists make this place a nightmare. The receptionists don’t really have an issue with the customers, they have an issue with doing their job properly and the way that this clinic is supposed to operate. The guidelines established by the actual clinic and advertised to the public is completely at odds with the receptionists seemingly self appointed & undisclosed rules conflict with customer satisfaction. Don’t go here, it will be a burden to the receptionists!
I started coming to Cherryville Animal Hospital after my husband found my girl, LadyBird abandoned on the side of the road in a trash bag with her siblings. She was only 2 weeks old. We went and the doctors and staff gave great advice. With that our girl is now 5 months old and doing great! & with quick visits as well. Very friendly and pleasant staff!
Dr. Browning, Dr. Fryer and Ashleigh have shown exceptional compassion for a vast number of suffering animals. I have personally experienced the CAH give suffering animals a chance in life, with a 5% chance of living. I have seen those same animals do a complete transformation with their care and are now with their forever families living their best life. Taco the Grey kitty, was to be euthanized because he was diagnosed with a grade 5 heart mumor, Bagheera the Black kitty had severe lung damage and was congested beyond any kitty ever seen at CAH. With very little medical hope based on science. The staff treated them to try to give them a chance. Taco is now 1 year olds and Bagheera now roars like the panther he is.
Brought my Dilly into get his teeth checked for cleaning and a Rabies shot. The vet found clumps of hair all in his front gum line and pulled out. I was shocked!! And grossed out Since that day, my baby's whole disposition has returned to normal! We thought he was acting odd, because we welcomed a new little brother for him 4 month ago. I made a joke that he needed a shot to love his brother!!! Well they are playing now and well on their way to being best buds. Lord knows how long that could have been his problem. Thank you so, so much!
Dr. Browning and tech nurse Ashleigh Carpenter are great with animals and their parents. We had to have our precious girl put down and they were so kind and compassionate throughout the whole ordeal. She passed peacefully away and that gave us peace. All of the staff was so kind and sympathetic. I highly recommend them.
When we took in 4 stray cats, and ended up with 8 kittens... we really didn't know where to turn to. Our county no longer offered a TNR program, and we felt stuck financially after receiving very expensive quotes from several offices we were recommended to cherryville animal hospital. And we couldn't be more grateful for that recommendation!! The staff here genuinely cares about your pets and your concerns. We have found a lifelong veterinary office here.
We had to put our boxer down because of degenerative myelopathy. We took her to Cherryville Animal Hospital. The nurse/med tech Ashleigh Carpenter was great with her and us. Her and Dr. Browning we both compassionate and caring during this difficult time. Our boxer went peacefully to sleep. I highly recommend this vet. Everyone was compassionate to me and my wife.
This is my go to clinic! Sometimes the wait is long but it is so worth the time because of the friendliness and care of the staff! I want to give a huge shoutout to Dr. Taylor and Dr. Fryer! As well as the nurses Ashleigh and Toni! They all go above and beyond to make me and the children I bring in extra comfortable with stickers and snacks when they are well behaved as well as checking in with you in the room often you were never left in there alone long. I cannot say enough about this facility. If you don’t go here, you are missing out.
Crystal was the best possible vet tech we could have had. she was compassionate, patient, and so unbelievably comforting. when our kitten passed, she made sure that she was taken care of respectfully and and made us feel so much better at such a devastating time. This place is clean, with quicker wait times than all the other animal hospitals in the area, and all around a great place to take your pets.
