We found a lovely apartment...however, we were broken into on our 2nd day while sightseeing and cleaned out of jewelry and electronics. We suspect it was an inside job as a plumber was required on two occasions. While the local manager was very accommodating, when we returned the California office refused to take responsibility and has not returned either calls or emails which is incredibly frustrating. The customer service experience on our return has been lousy. As a consequence we find it impossible to recommend this company as they continue to dodge our calls for assistance.

Had a similar experience! Although the property was lovely, I felt very unsafe. Absolutely would not recommend.
