The best bagel in this area. Just ignore about the service, and focus on the foods. Taste sooooo good. Huge size, fresh ingredients, warm and soft. If I don't have to worry about my weight, I would like to eat here everyday
My favorite bagels! This is one of the few “local” places in McLean. The everything bagels are absolutely amazing and have a ton of seasoning. Their egg bagels are so good - they somehow get the eggs super fluffy and soft. Also the cream cheese bagels are amazing. Always get a sandwhich and some bagels/cream cheese to go. Love this place.
This keeps happening! Totally pointless to go get a bagel and cream cheese if they don’t even give you enough cream cheese to cover the bagel.
Better than New York bagels, plus a selection of nice deli sandwiches. This is a major institution for McLean. The only drawback is that the bagels have gotten pricy, although a baker’s dozen is still under $20.
I got the bacon avocado breakfast sandwich. It was fantastic, and I would definitely come back!
I have been coming to this place for years upon years and are one of their most regular customers. I consistently tolerate the overly inflated prices for both the community sense and food quality the local store offers. However, after meeting the owner, I now regret every cent of business I have given to this total a-hole. He does nothing but scream/yell at both his customers and employees. He clearly has no idea who his regular customers are and how well his employees perform. He doesn’t care about his employees, service, or reputation at all and just wants to milk the place out for money. I will now be taking my business elsewhere and am really disappointed that this encounter happened.
Grab and go it’s the place to be. Chesapeake bagel is the best bagel shop within 100 miles. I usually get a egg and cheese bagel. Some of the same workers have worked there for years since I have been coming. Fun place to go if you are in a rush or meeting up with others. Bagels are ready in minutes and best off all it is still inexpensive. If you need a great breakfast food and are in a rush and don’t want to spend a lot Chesapeake bagel is where to go!
