Chesapeake Bagel Bakery

We decided to try this bagel place for the first time. Since our other place is about 20 minutes out the way. The staff and place gives me a familiar place that I miss. I felt like I was in my neighborhood bagel place in New York. They are all friendly and have a sweet smile The bagels are delicious honestly and I couldn't stop taking bite after bite. I highly recommend this place for people who are struggling to find a good sandwich/bagel shop. We are happy to be weekly customers!

Amazing bagels and great staff. I am very picky with my bagels, and these taste like the type of bagels I had growing up in Brooklyn. The food is delicious, the staff are kind and straightforward, and there are tables to sit and eat. The only thing that would make this place better is non-dairy creamer.

Im done with this place. Used to be our favorite, my husband has been coming for years but the past 2 years quality has really sucked. Second time they gave my husband an incomplete order. I don't understand why putting cream cheese on a bagel is so hard.... i ordered plain toasted bagel with mixed berry cream cheese. Literally 2 steps and they couldn't even handle that. Literally a BAGEL SHOP and you can't have such a simple order???? Its not rocket science. Maybe they should switch to serving just coffee because they're sandwiches are never correct. Definitely check your orders before leaving this store!!!!! Or go elsewhere. Save your money and stress.

Bacon egg cheese bagel lacking flavor but bagel has good texture. Couldn’t eat the other sandwich because my partner does not eat cheese. If you order online and do not select cheese they still put cheese on your order. This establishment needs to implement a “no cheese” selection on their online ordering because now I’m out about $10 and a wasted sandwich.

As a floridian who loves bagels these are by far the freshest best bagels i’ve ever had all their ingredients are so crisp and fresh and their cream cheese is the best i’ve ever had. 10/10 recommend

I stood in line for 20 mins waiting to take my order and when I got to the counter the lady told me that I had to go to the back of the line to place an order. NO ONE TOOK MY ORDER. COMPLETELY WASTE OF MY TIME! Update! They heard what happened, greeted me properly, apologized and said they got rid of that employee who was incompetent at their job. I'm very pleased with the bagel they made, best Nova bagel I've had in some time and I'm glad that I have them a 2nd chance.

Good location, easy to spot from the street. The bagels were so yummy. Super soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. The variety of creme cheeses was a shock at first, it is not just plain, veggie, and onion like some places. The restaurant has limited seating but I think it adds to the cool vibe. There is a steady flow of customers. I cant forget to mention the hash browns which were crispy and fresh. If you are in the area for breakfast stop by you will not regret it.

Ordered 2 muffins and a bagel ahead of time at 9am, it was still not ready at 10am. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. When it was finally ready, they forgot 1 of the muffins and I didn’t realize until I got home because the bag was stapled shut. The food was good but they need more staff and a better process.

My first visit to this place and I won’t be back.The worst coffee and bagel I’ve ever had. I'm not difficult to please and rarely complain but I had to voice my opinion that my order today was really bad. The coffee was very weak and I don’t like strong coffee. The bagel with egg, bacon and cheese was completely tasteless. I drank a few sips of coffee, a couple of bites of the bagel and threw the rest away. Very disappointing
