For over 10 years, Chesapeake Home Health Care has had the privilege of serving the medically fragile and technology-dependent individuals throughout the Washington-Metropolitan Area and specifically in Southern Maryland. It has been our goal to serve families with the best care, in a diligent manner, and to help reduce the enormous and relentless responsibilities the families face.
We are an exceptional organization with an innovative approach to providing community based services. Currently, our specialty is caring for medically fragile children, ventilator-dependent children and other children and teens with special needs. We also provide skilled nursing and private duty nursing services to medically fragile adults. This concentration has proven to be a successful outlook on providing care, allowing more contact with families and service providers resulting in an overall increase in quality control. This agency is licensed by the State of Maryland and is committed to ensure the rights, privacy and privileges of all healthcare patients. Our clinical staff members consist of independent healthcare professionals who work hard every day to carry out our mission, which centers on patient care.
