Andy, owner of Chester County Bicycles did an awesome job of assisting me in selecting my 5th road bike to add to my stable of bikes. From the moment I walked into CCB, I felt that Andy provided me superb guidance in selecting the bike. He spent quality time with me in probing what I wanted out of a new road bike; number one for me was speed!!! I ended up selecting a Giant Defy Advance 0, an unbelievable bike for the money! After the bike was delivered and assembled, he took the time to ensure that it was fitted perfectly; we put the bike on a trainer and measured everything you imagine to match up the aerodynamics, efficient pedal stroke and comfortable position. Good old customer service, that’s what CCB is all about!
Beautiful shop! Serious attention to detail in their service department. Andy the owner is a hardcore MTN bike racer and knows his stuff. Very relaxed atmosphere and knowlegable people. So nice I actually applied for a job!
Very cool shop.I have been coming here since they opened.Location just off the Turnpike is very convenient and close to my MTB riding locations.Andy,the owner,has done a great job repairing and maintaining all of my bikes.Broken spoke to fork rebuild,he has done it. They also have hot showers and changing room to clean up after the shop rides.
The guys did a great job in servicing my bike.They taught me a better understanding on how the positions of my bars and pedals were and how to improve my performance. They took the time and talked to me about what I wanted to improve and gave me some great tips. Thanks you CCB

This is one of the finest shops I have ever been too. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. I have been helping run group rides from the shop and I go to the shop several times a week to either purchase or chat bikes. I feel at home when I walk in to CCB. Keep up the great work!
I am one who likes to read reviews before I visit a store. I have to say that I will not visit this store because the response from the owner when one of the reviewers said they did not get waited on was wholey inapropriate. Where did he get off saying the the guy was a competitor? What a tricky way to dismiss a complaint and makes himself look petty by not addressing the issue. Like I said, I read a lot of reviews and have never seen a response from an owner like that before. If he thinks someone is sabatoging his review page, maybe he is the one who is writing the positive reviews. That is all I can figure. Some of the reviews look like they are selling points to the shop. /

These guys are closed. Their site is still up, and they've still got a sign up where they used to be, but they are no longer in business. Try their number is before even thinking about visiting. As of 8/13/15 it was no longer in service.
