Chesterfield County General District Court

2011/2012 Allegations: My [alleged] previous defamation was enforced and amplified by prosecutorial misconduct. I was socially coerced into pleaing to "improper driving" with no evidence present. I had already been wrongfully imprisoned for more than two months. The last 2-3 days of solitary confinement were brutal. Then the coerced plea. No probable cause. There was no just arrest. I assume, though, that my chances for a lawsuit were blocked by collusive behaviors.

I have several chronic health conditions and have a continuous monitor for one of them. I made them aware of it and the fact that I can’t go through the scanner because it’ll damage my very expensive medical device. The officer made a rude comment to me and then something else to the effect of them having EMS on scene if I passed out. Would love to see officers with basic human decency for once. That being said, the judge was great, kind, and fair. The officers…nope.

Lemme give you some game, why didnt they teach you about your rights/laws in school? Wouldn't that make sense? Their Gaslighters taking advantage of you for money. They dress up in these POS roles to generate revenue while taking payouts from known criminals. Watch "American Gangster" Last but not least...Why make the speed limit 65Mph but allow a car company the legal ability to produce a automobile that can do 3x on a road but legal for sale in the state? Sounds like money is the root in this...

I never denied my ex husband Ny Ouk of his rights to see his kids. Because I was in jail at the time. When I had my drivers permit I drove almost 2 hours away so my kids can see him, when he said he couldn't come pick them up because he quote said he had work and when I get there and drop them off he was drinking beer and said to me he didn't have to work. Well just wanted to say because you put kids in the hands of another so called alcoholic.

These ladies that work at General Court window are so rude and unprofessional, I don't understand how could they got hire...

Today 5/18/2019 I needed to file an request for expungement on some charges that were dismissed. The staff was amazingly professional, followed covid safety steps, and assisted me all along the way. Getting copies, filing the petition, and finger prints. This kind of professionalism, kindness, willingness, and dedication is appreciated. THANK YOU CHESTERFIELD COUNTY EMPLOYEES!!!!

Thank you to the people that get dressed and go to work at the Court's. It is not easy to go into a place where every person they work for is, has, and/or Will Be Upset. They are there to protect you. Serve you as you elected them to do which includes the hiring of staff they trust and are mostly made of people that have been doing this for Years! The good ones can tell simply by the way you walk & talk--what will most likely be the outcome of your situation They are people going to work just like you. If you would rather not be reading this or going to the courts building at all....there is one thing you can do! NOTHING WRONG
