My son was denied by my health insurance because I didnt add him with in the thirty day limit. So I wasn't sure where to take him without insurance. This ended up being the best place because they didnt charge me an arm and leg. I was satisfied with our visit today and very thankful my baby was able to get his shots. Thank you.

The rollout of the COVID 19 vaccinations in Chesterfield County has been the worst in the state. Health Department leadership needs to be held accountable and the Board of Supervisors needs to stop running interference and making excuses for such a slow and unorganized rollout of the vaccinations. Reminds me of the support I received from Chesterfield during a hurricane of years past. Told me "if I needed water go to a local firehouse and drink out of the hose". Good at raises taxes. Not so much at taking care of its citizens.

Very concerned when going to get my Covid vaccination the other day, I noticed all the nurses were not using gloves. I had to ask my nurse to put on some gloves. This is unacceptable and needs to be investigated

Not good service at all . You have to keep calling to check your results . They are not consistent. It should be no reason i have to still find another facility to see what’s wrong with me because the one i originally picked doesn’t call .

Very good medical staff and customer service

There employees are rude and the manager can not hold them accountable for there decisions.
