One of the best Redwing stores I have been to. my company gives out 175 bucks each year for boots and we have a account with Redwing. Witch is fine but the des Moines location is the worst the staff are rude and disrespectful. I had bought a pair of new boots and asked to have my old ones oiled and when I got them back they were dripping with oil and had oil inside the boot. I said something about it and he told me not to complain about a free service. This location is how a store should be ran everyone in the store was very nice and helpful. I made sure to tell our Minnesota shop to stop here instead of the iowa location when they get the voucher.
First pair of the Legendary Red Wing Boots! Super comfy and ohhh so fashionable. Right from the job ‍ to a hot date.... These boots are that versatile. Thanks Dan and the fellas for all the help!
Wes did a fantastic job on the fitting and getting me into the right pair of boots. I went with the classic redwings that have been made on the same machine since the 50's. The softness of the step is second to none I can't believe I waited this long to get a pair! The service and experience was a 12/10

Prices are very good for red wing. The service is OK, nice people but in my experience I had a tough time getting direct answers on simple questions. The beating around the bush on quality comparisons I found to be annoying, though the workers are very nice people.
