Good spot in Castro valley.  Probably the 3rd best mobile home park out of the 8 or so in the city.  Bought our mobile home here. Friendly people, not dirty.  Be careful on the move in 1st months rent when buying tho.

A comfortable community close to BART and everything. I love the location. It's basically within walking distance of anything you need.

The manager there is very friendly and professional..the area is very clean.it is certainly a place I would want to live at.

Club house has no kitchen and no rest rooms. Swimming pool is filled in.

Probably the cleanest mobile home park in Castro Valley. Very friendly staff.

I live there, it a pretty safe place to live.

Horribly managed.
