Not a real fan of the chicken, considering the few recent times i've had chicken, it was undercooked and cold inside
Every time I call to order they tell me the kitchen is closed. It's closed earlier and earlier each time I call. Today the kitchen closed at 4...... Last night it closed at 5. We used to order for dinner all the time and really enjoyed it. Not sure if it's just the new employees but it really sucks we lost a place to eat. Do not recommend.
Food and service was great! I had been traveling there to see some family and had to stop there, me and my family saw it was clean and the staff were nice to us.
This establishment is convenient for travelers but we’ll know for endless years of price gouging, a town with 6 gas stations and Chevron $1.00 per gallon higher than all the rest. It’s hard to believe in hard times wealthy still need more wealth.
The lady behind the counter was so rude! The guy was trying to be nice but he couldn't make up for how awful the lady was! We just asked about the restroom whilemy husband was getting gas and she was so upset she had to stop talking to her coworker to do her job. Chevron you should have standards. If you have any at all she does not meet them. We will not be back.
Nice people and the Chicken was tasty too. They have a slushy maker so it was a refreshing dinner. Little pricey but other than that it was great!
We stopped to get something to drink. We paid at the register and they canceled our purchase and said we didn’t have the money AFTER our card went through and the money was taken out of the account. We tried explaining to them what they did and they told us to have money next time. RUDEST customer service. If I didn’t have money my card would have declined like it did the second time after the money was taken out of my account. If I didn’t have money to buy the items then the amount for them would not be a pending purchase in my account. If I do not see my refund within the next week like my bank said I will be notifying the local authorities because then it is fraud. My bank notified me that I had the money for the purchase and it was in fact a complete and approved purchase once the money was taken out. Which means we were lied to by the cashier and the manger. I will not be back. I am very disappointed Lovelock, Nevada.
I'm a kid there where no separates for the urinals so if someone you don't no DON'T USE THE URINALS but it was ok
I come here to use the restroom and they always send me to McDonald's because the Women's restroom is closed for cleaning! If you have to constantly clean the restroom then you should require a number to get in!
