Chevron / Extra Mile Fair Oaks

Been going here for 20 years. Today July 7, at 5:20 pm, the cashier was a bit to rude and insulting for my continued patronage. He insulted me when I asked why he had to scan my ID to buy a lotto ticket. Said he expected more from a member of the military.

Came during my lunch break, got gas at pump #1 during 12:33, the pump stopped at $9.23 but my card was charged $10.23.. no gas was put in my car at all it takes $20 to fill my tank half way however my car was still on the E line and gas light was on forgot to grab gas prior to driving to work this morning I came back and informed one of the employees all he did was say I would need to contact my bank, never gave me a refund and told me he would charge my card $15 and help me put the gas in. I had to get to work so I only inputted $8 since I was already going over my lunch break and had to get back to work. No refund, no credit, instead charged me again.

Always nice friendly associates there to help, great stocked convenience store, great coffee and what more can you say?? They have Gas also

They have new owners and don't allow you to even used debit card for lotto tickets and scratchers, it has to be CASH only. Kinda ridiculous

The cashier was very friendly and the bathrooms were clean. The store overall was clean and fully stocked. The only thing was the price was not the same as it shows Google maps. The price was a lot higher.

I just wanted to comment on how the gas station looked amazing I never seen a gas station look so perfect, I mean all the coffee creamer and chips and candy even down to the condiments packages were all lined up and perfect straight line and everything was stacked perfect..I had to take a second look and I was blown away and all that work goes to the night shift employee Felisha: you did an amazing job!!
