The place was spotless. The manager and assistant manager greeted me and were so warm and welcoming. It was spotless. I hated to use the bathroom it was so clean! The whole store floors, stocked items were well organized. Do stop by this gas station in Fort Valley! You'll be glad you did!!
The sweetest people work here. Mallory gave me free baby wipes when my toddler messed her pants and car seat. We are not from Georgia, and had been traveling nearly 7 hours when arriving here for bathrooms and fuel. Bathrooms were very clean, had sturdy and clean diaper changing station, and overall great place to stop for convenience store/bathroom/fuel needs! Nicest in the area.
This is hands down the best gas station around, everyone is super friendly, helpful, and the atmosphere in the building is amazing! It is sparkling clean and I so well organized! Will always be my forever store!!! Store manager Christal is Outstanding, That girl needs a big raise and needs to hold classes, to show the other stores how it’s done!!!!
I work in Fort Valley and I’m in this store almost every day. I have nothing bad to say. There’s never a shortage of smiling faces and positive attitudes. The cleanliness of the entire store and the goodies they keep stocked make it a great stop but it’s truly the people that work there that bring me back so often. Christal is great and is so welcoming, she never lets me leave without a laugh. Josie and Mallory are amazing and could brighten anybody’s bad day. This place is perfect for your every day stop or just a passing through stop.
I want to take the time to shout out to miss Josie I think her name was and the cashier with her this morning. They went above and beyond and made my sons morning ride extra special, just the simple thing of making him a fresh biscuit they were out of his favorite. In the rush and hustle of this life I appreciate the care you guys put out.. it totally made his morning that much better!
My husband and I travel regularly from Savannah GA to Columbus GA. The Gas N Go in Fort Valley is ALWAYS clean. This is our stop midway to Columbus. We will not stop at any other place for snacks, gas, or to use the restroom. The ladies in the store are always pleasant and professional. Im imppressed at the way they take pride in keeping the store clean and their customer service.
I work for a local communications company and I spend a lot of time in Ft Valley. This is the best in Ft Valley. Clean restrooms, clean store, exceptional customer service. Thank you for your positive contribution to this community !
