Kind young black man wearing a mask at the register. Appreciate his kind gestures when seeing that I was handicapped. It was raining that day and I appreciate his help. Didn't get his name but we need more people like him in the world.. 4/7/23 in the afternoon. I wrote this review that day but posted it to the wrong store. Oops!

4-4-2023 Heads up. Be extra cautious when paying for gas outside at the pump. There are multiple red security stickers on the pumps that look to have been moved/tampered withpossible card skimming issues. The place was boarded up a few months ago and has also had signs on the doors for hours at times saying computers down since reopening. Sketchy.

Bathrooms not for the public even though they are visibly in the shopping area = useless gas station

I stopped in at purchase gas their billboard says if you pay cash it’s $2.89 gallon if you pay with a debit card or a credit card it is $2.99 a gallon. I went inside and gave him cash and entered my phone number which had $.20 off a gallon so I should’ve only been paying $2.59 if I was able to use my .20 off in addition to their $.10 discount for paying with cash. However when I get to the gas pump they charged me $2.99 a gallon that’s including my $.20 off and a $.10 discount so I looked at the pump and it says they’re charging $3.43 a gallon.So I immediately turned the gas off and went into talk to the clerk and ask him why that happened and he said he couldn’t control the boards there they change frequently, However this isn’t the first time this happened this is just the first time I’m complaining about it another person that was there also commented on it so I am going to send a letter to the attorney general so that they can look into this because it’s trickery to get you to go into the gas station thinking you’re getting cheaper gas and then once you’ve pumped you realize you got charged $.30 -$.50 higher than any other gas station! I did go in and get the rest of my money that I didn’t pump because I refuse to be checked like this but I now lost my $.20 off at the next gas station you guys need to be honest with your customers and let them know what they’re paying for upfront and I’m sure this isn’t the first time you’ve done this! I did take pictures of the billboard the gas pump my receipt and everything but I can’t upload it on here for some reason I will be sending a letter off though

This place used to be owned by criminals. There card machine chip reader was "broken" so I had to swipe it. The next day I had a $600 charge and I hadn't used my debit card anywhere else a week prior.. Had to go into my bank and explain, thankfully they refunded my money. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT

One bathroom "out of order" the other bathroom they lied and said is a storeroom, when I've used that bathroom before.

I live right down the street from this Chevron and I come there all all the time because I catch the number 1 bus right outside of the store. There's a newish employee that works there he is a black male probably in his 50s. 7-Eleven now get all of my business and sometimes I go there multiple times a day. This guy has a really bad attitude and no customer service skills at all whatsoever. He has people dirty looks and acts like he's a cop or something. He tried to kick me out twice because of my service dog and when I told him it was my service dog and he has a vest on he got an attitude with me. I asked him if he needed to see paperwork and he told me that he did not but when I was waiting to use the restroom he told me I have to wait outside because I had a dog. That's completely illegal. I will never be returning here ever again. And it's all because of that one employee.

The cashier this morning had the biggest attitude problem. Told me that the pumps wouldn't take my card but if I wanted to go back to the pump instead of paying inside that the pump wouldn't work, so I would have to pay inside again. I pre-paid and didn't use all the money I pre-paid with, she then told me it would only charge me for what I used, I told her I was only making sure. She then preceded to tell me it wasn't a big deal of it took more money than I used because it was only a couple of dollars, she said this in the snootiest tone ever. Never going back to this gas station again
