Racist employee didn't want to sell me a vape specifically said I don't sell to your kind he is a white guy with glasses and he's big body. I didn't do nothing to him was very rude to me and mt girlfriend because we came in there with a crying baby . Specifically told us to shut our baby up .

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional customer service from Asim Clerk at the Chevron station in Denton, Texas. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Asim greeted me with a warm and welcoming smile, making me feel at ease and at home. During my visit, Mr. Asim patiently answered every question I had, providing clear and helpful explanations about the products and services they offered. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional, yet approachable and friendly, which made me feel comfortable asking for his advice on the best gasoline and oil for my car. Not only did Mr. Asim go above and beyond in providing top-notch customer service, but he also took the time to ensure that the store was kept clean and tidy at all times. He was always present, greeting customers, restocking the shelves, and maintaining the high standards of the Chevron brand. Overall, my experience with Asim Clerk at the Chevron station in Denton, Texas was an excellent one. I highly recommend this location to anyone who values exceptional customer service, professionalism, and a friendly atmosphere. I think I was in there and the person was just having a bad day. I've gone back since and they seem to be very clean, fast to get in and out of. They offer some decent drinks, snacks in case one needs to stop on trip to Winstar or Dallas. I think they offer a good service and they have good gas. So I do like them. It's well lit. They seem to be good. They are in good location. Good.

Great place to go and grab the essentials. I like that it is close to home and right off the freeway. I have been going to this store for 10 years, the customer service has always been great. If I have had an issue they always make it right. To the person saying there is sketchy looking people hanging outside the store. It’s sad you judge people off their appearance. Did you ever think maybe they have fallen on hard times? Do you know their story? Maybe instead of shaming people you could have tried to offer to help them. It is the holiday season and the last year has been hard on a lot of people. So don’t be so quick to judge people.

Looks like a bit of TLC would make this a top notch gas station.

I've been coming here for years and it all changed when the company sold to someone from the middle east. I even talked about it with the employees and they were quite displeased. I still came by every time I needed gas for the past couple of years. Not after today though. I filled my truck up with gas and went and stood in line to ask the attendant if she could turn the air pump on. The black lady went bug eyed on me and said "you got a dollar fitty, I mean, if you would come ask me nicely and said may you turn it on but you come in here like can you turn it on. I'm new here, and things don't work that way" I asked her when the manager would be here at that point. So I came back when the manager was supposed to be there and their she was. I asked her for the managers number she said she didn't have it, asked her when her shift ended and she said "she don't know", asked her for her name and again, nothing. She picked up the phone and started to call the police to say I'm harassing her, I told her go ahead, I'll be waiting in my truck. She didn't though. I'm amazed that a paying customer can be treated like this as the homeless walk in and are given more respect. I have nothing against the homeless, just rude ungrateful people like this attendant.

Pulled up, had problems w/card, went to different pump, same thing. Went inside, no one in there, loudly said 'hello?', guy nonchalantly walked from back, I looked at him, said, "what's going on?" He said, "With what?" "I need gas!" I say very annoyed. Tried again, same thing. This time he told me, "sometimes they don't work out there", just looked at me. Anyway-Chevron didn't get my business that day, unacceptable!!!

Staff is always friendly and if you're a regular they will remember what you come in for as well as your name Hunter is the manager and is a very down to earth person we need more stores like this.

The young man that worked January 6th,2019 in the afternoon was very kind and got me help fixing my car to make sure I could get home to OKC. There are still good people out there.

I’ve lived in the area for 3 years and have had a great visit every time I’ve went!! Randy is defiantly the best charismatic and dedicated employee!!!!!
