The blonde cashier who worked the morning shift on 10/03/2023 made condescending remarks towards me and another customer. I hope steps will be taken to address customer service issues and professionalism because the experience left a negative impression.

Went in this morning to buy a elf bar vape. They had me try it per usual and it was burned. When I told the lady she said discuss it with him. This guy that can barley speak English, says we can’t return if you don’t like it. I said it’s burned and he says there’s nothing we can do about it. It’s the same flavor I always get so I know it wasn’t the flavor. So I bought a $25 vape that will make me sick if I vape it. But they won’t do nothing. What’s funny is they have exchanged them before for me.
Sure it's a little cruisey just like anywhere can be. I think that the price of cigarettes is less here. Gas is high as you would think. Actually I did get lucky at the Shell. My best f Buddy. Found me there still going 2 years later.

The pumps at this location love to try and over charge you. Watch out, employees are aware and allow it to continue. If you catch them over charging you, report it to Arizona Department of Agricultural Weights and Measurements
Chevron gas stations have many perks, even being located in the off-road area of a highway. I normally come here to fill up my car with gas especially when I've been driving around for work purposes since it is usually cheaper than what you would find on the other side...The convenience store also has snacks and drinks if you are ever needing something to quench your thirst after driving - they are open late too!
I was recently driving from Sedona when my low tire pressure signal came on. Being over an hour from home and a bit concerned due to a lack of experience with adding air to the tires. When I went in the store to purchase a tire gauge, not stocked in the store, Evan was very helpful. His assistance was much appreciated and I was glad to confidently be back on the road. I went to get coffee, was cold. Started using the French vanilla machine thing. "We don't have that" ok so put a sign there. Or refill it. They looked lazy. So my cup had cold coffee with hot non fv water. Cool. So I dumped it out in the sink. "You have to pay for that" um no. Got a different cup and coffee with the creamer. Went to pay. "Debit or credit" I said debit. And they swiped it as credit anyway. Told me to sign it and I just took both receipts and said , I said debit, I'm not signing that. Later.. Horrible place. Followed by lazy unhelpful, incompetent employees.
