Dr. Asbury is a phenomenal human being and physician!!! As a foster parent I’m always bringing new kids to see her and she is always so patient, welcoming, and accepting. She is kind, energetic, knowledgeable, and informative. I feel grateful to have her as a physician for my children!!

Great doctors and nurses, not so great front desk, very hard to get through first thing in the morning, which is frustrating when you have a sick child.

We love Dr. Deputy here! She is very sweet and very thorough. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen either. The nurses have been great as well as the phlebotomists. My 22 month old had to have blood drawn and they did terrific with her. so thankful we have such a great medical team..

Receptionist was rude and snarky. But Dr charles reeves is great

All three of my kids have been going to Dr Floyd there for many years. She is great she takes the time to listen to the parents and kids both. I am a very picky/defensive dad. This would be a five-star review but unfortunately the corporate entity in charge of the clinic will not do what they need to do with the aging building. They have tried to keep up this very busy building but I'm afraid it's time is getting close ,it needs help

All 3 of my kiddos see Dr. Zane Henley and he is amazing. And I love that he and his brother work here, so if one of them is out, the other will see my kids. Both do a great job. I haven't ever had a bad experience here, HOWEVER, it is impossible to get through to the front desk in the mornings. I would say about 95% of my calls made to them are met with a busy tone. I literally do a victory dance in my kitchen when I hear the line actually start ringing. Anyways, this place is great. The entire staff is always very friendly and I'm hopeful they are trying to fix the phone call issues. Its frustrating to play the "will this be the call that gets through" game with 3 kids and a busy schedule.

I love the doctors there but they need to do something about their phones and answering service. Either no one answers or the line is busy. I also was a little irritated about getting them to get my child's files from children's. They blames children's hospital but when I talked to someone at the hospital they told me the doctors office has to request it.

We love Dr. Floyd, BUT we absolutely can never get anyone to answer the phone. Even when we have an appointment and have to call and check in from the car, no one answers. Because of the poor service we are considering finding a different clinic.

Love the Doctors but his staff/assistants are not nice ladies ‍

Does anyone know a working phone number for this place. I keep calling but it never goes through.
