For more than a decade, Chic Beads has inspired its clients to unleash their creativity through hands-on jewelry classes in small group settings, enabling them to create the jewelry they love.
Chic Beads was founded by Roxanne Fraga whose passion for creating jewelry continues today. Her Chic Jewelry is published in books and magazines, and featured on various social media. Her clients range from friends to Fortune 500 companies. Still, her greatest satisfaction comes from designing personal jewelry, especially for brides. She recalls this small world story:
“I had signed with The Walt Disney Company to create a new Ariel Necklace in celebration of Disney’s 50th Anniversary. One day, a pretty young lady walks into the store and finds me working on the necklace. It turns out she’s Disney's Ariel Model, and we hit it off. Later she gets engaged and asks me to design her wedding jewelryl the look on this brides face when she laid eyes on her custom made jewelry. She was with her mom and they both got misty eyed and their smiles widened. That's what I love most about making jewelry - the joy it brings to the life of others.”
