This is my favorite place to shop! All the girls are super friendly and helpful. Their New Bedford location is so gorgeous! It’s a nice big open space with filled with lots of great items. Best part is that their inventory changes daily so there’s always tons of new arrivals to check out! Such a friendly environment. They even do exclusive items which are great because it’s always what’s on trend right now. Plus the girls are awesome they strive to keep customers happy by asking what we want to see in their stores. Makes you feel like you have a voice in what’s being sold and a great way to communicate with customers. Amazing designer deals for great prices. If you haven’t checked them out do it now or even shop online. I love that I can get one of a kind items here. Great place to spice up your wardrobe!!
Never have I ever left this store unhappy or empty-handed. Every time I shop, either online or in the Tyngsboro store, I feel valued and each member of the staff makes me feel appreciated and .... gorgeous. I have so many compliments on the clothes, shoes and accessories that I find it hard to go elsewhere. On the plus side too, they make a "woman of a certain age" feel fresh and stylish without being dowdy! Love them and can see why they have had success 2 years going! Keep it up, gorgeous ladies!!
Chic is my absolute favorite place to shop! They have amazing designers for such great prices. So easy to shop and their new website is amazing with the new filters! All the girls are so nice and helpful with great customer service. Check them out to get some one of a kind pieces!
I have used them many times for buying and they are wonderful! Fast shipping and always in perfect condition too! I love how attentive they are to their customers and honest in all descriptions. I don’t live near by but shop their e boutique frequently. Fantastic customer service and the greatest deals on my favorite brands like Kate spade and lululemon!
It has been a few months now since consigning with Chic Boutique, and before writing a review I have thought long and hard about it. I consigned with this store for about a year, I kept PERFECT records of when I had to get items out they give you a certain time span to leave your items in or they become their property. At any rate, I consigned a brand new pair of designer Ferragamo shoes, extremely high end retailed for over 200.00$ , the store priced them for a bit over 100.00$ which was fine. Once it was time to get them out they hadn’t sold I asked Samantha the store mgr. since it was still summer and they were over 100$ they have different rules for items over 100$ if the shoes can be extended, she called Ashley, the owner and she said YES. I had other items in there that weren’t to be picked up for another month so at that time, MY Ferragamo shoes according to my computer still hadn’t sold so I planned on picking them up as well. I get to the shop, go to retrieve my unsold items and MY Ferragamo shoes are gone. I ask Samantha about it and she said since they weren’t selling here, we sent them to our other store in Bridgewater. She said she would call to see if they sold and if not, the next time she’s there will bring them to Tyngsboro and I can pick them up. If they did sell, I will get my commission for them. I started to call about the shoes the following week, Samantha said she hadn’t been there yet, call after call I felt something strange was going on so I called Bridgewater myself and they told me they never got a pair of Ferragamo shoes. I had been LIED to! Long story short, Owner Ashley and mgr Samantha said these shoes were beyond the time to be taken out so they became THEIR property. I warn you, they lie. NEVER do business with them.
Absolutely love consigning and buying here! I’ve made money on a few pairs of Nike’s and converse that were just taking up space in my closet! The owner Ashley, as well as her employees are all super stylish and can help you piece together a complete outfit, head to toe!!
This place is great! You find amazing designer items within my budget. I personally love coach and have gotten a few things from the girls at chic boutique. Great deals ladies!
The following was the reply to a Yelp review i posted that is not relevant for yelp but i thing customers should take in consideration before shopping online with Chick boutique. Ashley the owner took the time to reply to my review, unfortunately the affirmations in her comment are not accurate since i have not deal with her during the purchase. First at any point i demanded a return, i actually beg her if there was a way to get store credit for the item i was sent and i have the messages to prove it , Second i did not say i love the coat when i picked up Ashley was not there to back up that , i was in a hurry and neither i or the employee took the coat of the bag, third and most important is that i specifically requested to verify if the coat was wool and no royal blue before to be invoiced since it was located at your Bridgwater location, i trusted the expertise of your employees in this aspect . And i request to meet with the owner or the next person in charge the next day and discuss this personally before i leave the country for a month due a family emergency and i was invited to consing the item instead, really?. the customer experience i had with this business during my last purchase left nothing good to remember, Clients expect to be valued as individuals, not for how much they spend or for how often they shop, business that operate that way do not build up customer loyalty and that is what make your business grow and last. i have been working in customer service for different business as i stated before for over ten years and now i work for the commonwealth of Massachusetts providing customer service for all the citizens that required subsidy in any level. And if i apply the policy without taking in consideration each individual situation and treat them like all are cut the same way then i will not be doing my job well and might be harming some families that really need the subsidy, Maybe some experiences with other customers have make the owner of chic boutique deal with each individual the way she is dealing with me. but if i can offer some advice from all the retail experience i collected for years is that we should treat people with respect no making assumptions or just treating each individual as sale or profit. i think your business will benefit in searching about how Brooks Brothers stores have been successfully build a customer loyalty for years and still being a strong corporation. Also might be beneficial to review the secret shopper community that is out in about rending sincere reviews of their experience as customers. you might learn how successful lasting business where created. Sometimes Policy can be applied kindly to make our customers life less stressful and their shopping experience to be memorable that will make them come back over and over to shop and also invite their family and friends to shop in the store. You asked for an invoice for this particular jacket, after seeing it posted on Instagram, including a clear picture of the item. You could clearly see the color, and did not ask about the fabric content at any time. We are always happy to answer any questions and provide more information and pictures upon request, as we do have a strict no returns policy as we immediately pay out our lovely consignors! Once the item was ready for pick-up at our Tyngsboro location, the stylist even took the jacket out of the bag to show you, in which then you stated you loved the jacket. Our return policy is stated on each and every invoice, online, as well as in-store : As the owner, I am certainly always open to a friendly conversation, in which we had and I explained our policy, and even offered to reconsign the item for you. I am sorry that you felt the need to take to leaving a bad review, because I would not comply to your demands of store credit. Read less
.. they sold my Burberry bag, and Michael Kors bag one new and one in great condition and authentic.. I got less than 80$ back for both better off selling on your own I lost a lot of money here ...... great place for shopping not for selling you will get robbed! They also lie, i was there when they looked over my otems they said everything was in great condition, if anything wasnt in like new condition why would they accept it, they wouldnt. So its evident they lie. All my items were perfect quality. No stains it was items i bought and didnt like all the clothes just didnt fit, the MK bag was brand new never used and the burberry was used a couple time, perfect on outside maybe some makeup on inside but very little. There were 2 dresses i bought that didnt fit so were never worn the one they claimed had stains was never worn if there were stains why didnt they give it back to me I waited there for items they didnt want i never left until they looked over everything. Very dishonest, i recommend the high end thrift shop in andover i cant remember the name but they are honest. after leaving the review i received calls yelling at me very unprofessional. Most businesses would try to make it right not call and yell and have family members write to me on facebook i had to block. Very odd company, poor people skills.
Came to shop yesterday. Sophie was a doll with helping me pick out tops. Love the ambiance of this place, and such a friendly staff! Can’t wait to come back!
