Chicago Lake Dental

This is a very reliable dental care office for the job it does because they not only give out the dental care in a professional and orderly manner, but they also do not bother me with prolonged conversation like another dental place I've been to before. They just get the job done with minimal to no conversation, although you can talk to them if you want to, still. The one thing I don't like is that the office is really small and cramped, but it's fine, though.

I had a great experience! I am typically very nervous about going to the dentist, but the whole experience was comfortable and everyone was very kind and communicative. It was easy to schedule an appointment and get answers to any questions I had.

Excellent place - super kind staff who helped me feel calm despite being anxious coming in. Dr. Ali was wonderful - it was very fast for him and his team to find what was going on, what the likely root cause of this is, and now I am scheduled to get it all fixed and do what I can to prevent future issues. The facilities look new, too. Overall, I'm very grateful and highly recommend this dental team - thank you Chicago Lake Family Dental!

Dr.Ali Barbarawi and his staff are absolute angels. They were able to help me very quickly with an emergency situation as a new client. During the surgery I had scheduled with them they were very comforting and made me feel as if I'm in good hands. The procedure went very quick and painless. I am so happy I reached out to you guys! I will continue doing business with you for as long as I can! UPDATE: I recently went back to Chicago Family Dental for some further dental work and I got the pleasure of meeting and working with Natasha! She excels in her dental work! She was patient, kind and understanding to all my needs - the outcome of the work she did has left me speechless. I find myself smiling more than I ever have. She is the best dental hygienist I have ever met. I would recommend her to anyone 1000 times.

I had a lovely experience. They were kind and helpful. Explained anything I had questions about and were very personable. Which matters! Anything medical related can be anxiety inducing for some of us and I felt very comfortable with the staff here. I encourage others to use their services and be happily welcomed by the fine people that work here.

Though I was a little bit uncomfortable from childhood memories of going to the dentist, the staff was warm and welcoming to me from the time I walked in and was greeted by the nice front desk staff, to the fun—funny dental assistant to the intelligent, friendly doctor who finished my appointment off. I would recommend everyone to come to their establishment on 29th and Chicago.

Undoubtedly the best dental-related experience i’ve ever had. From the first day I visited this office I’ve felt as though I’ve been cared for and treated like family. Nevertheless, my teeth have been in perfect condition since visiting here for the past 3 years. Also to mention I have never seen a clinic with such up to date high tech equipment. I saw Dr. Norah, and she was excellent. She explained what we would do before we did it, she explained what she was doing as she did it, and she let me know how everything went when we were done. Dr. Norah is a excellent communicator, and this really helps me feel more relaxed. She was very conscientious throughout the procedure and very quick to do things to keep me comfortable eg suction. Dr Norah is incredibly on top of everything, I trust her completely, and I'd highly recommend her. Also, Dr Norah is also just very likable. She actually talks to you, and treats you like a human being instead of the human-conveyor-belt approach to healthcare that so many doctors engage in now. Additionally, I had a different doctor, Dr. Ali, before with Chicago Fam Dental, and he was great as well. He answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. The hygiene staff were wonderful both times too. The hygienist made sure to double check my insurance so I didn't have any surprise bills, she was very gentle, and they were very kind each time I've been there. Chicago Family Dental is the best dentist office I've been to in more than a decade. I travel for work, so I'm always changing dentists. I've been to many, many dental practices, and I'll be sad to have to leave this place eventually. They are all gems here!
